Friendly welcome. Clean bungalow, spacious. Kitchen could be used for cooking. Pool area looked great. We used the laundry and dried outside.

We missed a 3rd chair insight, we used 1 from the veranda.

We have stayed at the Desert Palms Alice Springs in the past and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great, very clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and they have great facilities such as the pool, laundry room and BBQ area. The property has an automatic code gate at night and well secured. There is a coded back gate if you wish to go to the golf club for a hit of golf or for a meal. We enjoyed sitting on our private balcony enjoying a quiet beverage whilst enjoying the lovely weather.

The rooms and other facilities are very adequate. It's great to have the golf club restaurant a short walk next door. Although a little out of town, there is public transport and many were happy to walk. The advantage is that this is a quiet location. We didn't use the pool area but others did and it looked very inviting. Great that you can buy simple supplies, including beer and wine, at reception.

On our 3 day stay, the room was not serviced at all - small things like milk and sugar for tea and coffee.

Its location is perfect, it has a kitchenette, the rooms are a generous size, and the pool is quite refreshing. The staff are helpful and very friendly. We loved the surrounding palm trees. In addition, a crew worked constantly to do repairs and clean in the early morning.
