The big room with the big balcony. The kindness of the staff. The excellent and varied breakfast.

The location is close to the train station but right on the edge of the old town.

It is an older hotel which is in need of renovation - it feels very dated and the garden area is untidy and overgrown. The breakfast was disappointing. I booked a single room and the single bed was tiny and had head and footboards, meaning that I couldn’t actually fit it in when lying flat. My sheets were clean but had holes in them.

The location is perfect, in the heart of Oristano and great if you want to attend the Sartiglia, access the best restaurants and get in and out of the city with ease. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and whatever is missing, the staff will provide for in a matter of minutes. The staff is indeed what makes the difference in this hotel: incredibly polite, friendly, thorough, and very helpful. Breakfast was very good for this kind of accommodation. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

The rooms are a bit outdated and the entire property would benefit with a refurbishment to give it a more modern look.

I liked the location, staff was amazingly kind and spoke English. Hot shower and clean room.

The bed mattress was pretty smelly, so I couldn't sleep without a pillow. Breakfast could be a bit better even in COVID times.

Hot water was a problem, that although we mentioned it twice, it was a reoccurring issue, which eventually was corrected the day before we departed.

Perfect location, in the center of town. Room was quite big, very clean. Breakfast also was very good.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. We were able to borrow a beach umbrella for a full day. The rooms are very nice, it really feels like a palace.

Due to covid the breakfast was assisted. They didn't have that many options at breakfast either.
