Nice surprise in a quite area

Very big hotel in a quite zone, my room was on the pool direction on 8th floor. No noise from outside could be heard inside. Comfortable bed and pillows. It was my birthday and the staff let some cakes for me with a letter. Very nice surprise and very much appreciated. Never had that at another hotel before. We have parked at the street in the back of the hotel, for free.

The swimming pool was without water. We parked at the street for free but the car suffered vandalism, we had full insurance on it, otherwise be careful. A bit far from the center but the public transport is close and 2,80 for 2 persons to the center. No high speed Internet available without extra cost.

Veľmi čistý a dobrý hotel čo sa týka lokality, či už k pamiatkam alebo k zastávke električky a autobusu je to naozaj blí

poloha, vzhľad izby, každodenné dopĺňanie vody a čajov, raňajky, služby

kanvica na vodu tiekla a bola mierne zhrdzavená, raňajky boli každý deň rovnaké a len s minimálnou obmenou

Estancia inesperada

Tuvimos la suerte de ser elegidos los Clientes del Día, así que nos asignaron una Suite estupenda sin coste adicional. Lo había leído en distintos comentarios y puedo corroborar que la suerte a veces acompaña. Gracias al Grupo NH por esta iniciativa.

Great experience.

The bed was large and comfy. The room had great view and all you need in it. Bonus for offering towels for the pool and for the bathroom that had a bathtub and a bidet. The breakfast was good but a little more on the expensive side.

The room was OK, but need a make over. The furniture is old and it has smell.

We pay for a bigger room with a king bed, when we arrived at the hotel they said that they have only one room available and that it may have cigaratte smell. So I ask how can they fix it? And they did not have a response, they said that the problem was with booking and not with them. We stayed two nights in the hotel and the charge us $35 for the pet, I believe that the cost is really high. If you need good wifi you have to pay 9 euros extra.

The hotel was in a good location for our needs. The beds were comfy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was a welcoming end to a long journey. We found free on street parking right outside the hotel with no problems and breakfast was very good quality with lots of choice. We were able to leave our luggage safely in reception after check out and we were even offered use of the pool after our check out. The hotel is big and has a lot of cool and peaceful areas to chill.

The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Room was clean and spacious and good value for money including breakfast.

Staff at breakfast seemed not happy and as if they did not want to be there. When other patrons left the reception area, staff started to gossip about them on Spanish which made us very uncomfortable whilst checking in.

Great hotel, well worth it and staff were great!

Staff were great, so friendly and helpful and all of them spoke good English. The room and hotel in general was very clean.

We arrived late at night and went to what we thought was the reception that looked closed, however the main reception was around the other side. We did notice a sign later on in our trip that points to go round but it wasn’t obvious and could do with words to instruct customers.

Amazing hotel

the staff at the check in desk Pablo was very friendly, the service very good and attentive. the hotel in general was immaculate clean and very comfortable spacious room and I love the bed. the breakfast excellent and all the staff in the breakfast room very polite, helpful and nice. I’m very please to staying in this hotel. the location absolutely amazing. close to the plaza de España, and next to a amazing park. it’s also táxi every 2 minutes in front of the hotel. For 4 stars, this hotel should have 5*. have everything you need. Also to be located in a area with cars , it’s absolutely quite. I loved the fruit plate as part of the welcome . details make a enormous difference .

Not up to a NH or NH Collections hotel expectation, unfortunately.

Nothing in particular.

Location-wise is far from the old town. but, “saved” by the tram which could bring you into the town to-and-fro. We were surprised that the front desk staff that we have encountered just could not speak English. Many of us got “hit” especially during the new year’s eve and actual new year’s day where restaurants and supermarkets were operating on. on-standard schedule - meaning where to get food.

Spacious room with coffee machine, bathtub, etc. located near San Bernardo (Station), easy to reach

The hotel is located close to the San Bernardo Station, where one can find metro (tram), bus, and also train station here. The area surrounding looks quiet and nice. There is a 2nd door inside the room to keep if any noise from corridor. The hotel room is spacious with bathtub, coffee machine etc. Unfortunately I arrive only in the evening and have to catch the train the second morning, I haven't time to check the facilities like fitness studio etc. But I see it somewhere opposite my room. In general I find the place excellent.
