A bit noisy from our apartment, it’s not soundproofed. We hear anything from the road and above level.

Ubicación
Reservamos el apartamento, es en un edificio aparte al hotel QUE DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR, muy antiguo y mal cuidado. Al entrar al portal puerta vieja y rota por la parte de abajo, coges el ascensor y subes a la 4 planta donde esta el apartamento y tienes que encender la linterna del movil para poder ver porque no hay luz.
Al llegar al apartamento y entrar OLOR DESAGRADABLE A TABACO EN TODO EL APARTAMENTO, debido a que no somos una pareja fumadora y se nota mucho más era algo insoportable hasta las sabanas olían, si permiten fumar luego tienen que hacer una limpieza mas profunda y sino cobrar plus a quien fume en el hotel. Acudimos a recepción a informar de dicho suceso, nos pidió disculpas. El baño puede ser antiguo pero deben mantenerlo en buenas condiciones y no con un papel pintado levantado, los azulejos descascarillados…en fin menos mal que solo fue una noche, pero para no repetir ni recomendar

The location is incredible, it is close to the old town and just a couple of steps away from the Playa de la Concha. Also, breakfast is really good and has a lot of variety

La limpieza de la habitación y de los lugares comunes fue excelente. La atención del personal fue cordial y solucionaron los distintos requerimientos que realizamos. Una excelente ubicación

Pongo mala reseña porque se han aprovechado de mis padres que no dominaban bien el español.
Yo les reservé la estancia con desayuno incluido y el personal del hotel les ha intentado cobrar 20€ por desayunar. Ellos sabian que les incluia el desayuno. De saberlo hubiera escogido la opción más barata al hacer la reserva. Fatal, nada recomendable. Se aprovechan de los más vulnerables.

The location is outstanding.
Parking is in another location and expensive. When we got there, the 2 temporary spots in the front were taken. The room is very small, not much space to walk around or even open the suitcase. The breakfast was terrible. Scrambled Eggs tasted bad as if it was out of a box, boiled eggs tasted like the boiled eggs that are preserved, and they were not fresh boiled eggs, you can tell by the texture and taste. Bacon was undercooked. The coffee from the machine had an aftertaste. Very disappointing.

Well located property, near the beachfront and close enough to the old town.
Parking (in general in San Sebastián) is expensive. Our room had a small window overlooking an adjacent courtyard (noisy and sometimes smelly).

La ubicación del hotel es genial, aunque no esté en el casco viejo está muy cerca de el y además que es lo mejor tener la playa cerca. La atención fue buena y la habitación estaba bien para dos, repetiría sin duda.

The location was perfect, no need to use a vehicle for what we intended to do.
The staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast quality and selection was good . Room size was adécuate and clean .
The room was facing an inside structure and not a pleasant view.

The concierge when we checked in was so helpful. My husband needed medical attention before we flew. It’s was organised for us and we are eternally grateful. I am sorry that l can’t remember his name. We stayed for 1 night

The location was wonderful just 1 block from the concha beach. The staff was wonderful and helpful suggesting restaurants.

The hotel is located in very perfect location: 100 meter away for the best city beach in San Sebastia,. 10 minutes walk through beuatihful promenade to city centre and old town. The hotel it self is very quite, you could not hear neither neighboards nor street. In the room was also water boiler and couple of tee and coffe for free, which is bonus point.
Just an advice: the water is drinkable but not tasty so much. I would recommend to buy drinking water. The shopping centre is located around 10 minutes away.

The location is fabulous, right close to Concha beach and the old centre
Room poorly insulated and we experienced so much noise from the room above ours unfortunately. Staff were apologetic and it was t their fault. Poor from a hotel of this standing

Very small rooms, it was pricey for the size. I wasn’t really inspired to take pictures of the hotel.

Some details were poor, not much toilet paper, wallpaper peeling off wall in toilet, room floor was very dusty and didn't seem clean when arrived, the entrance door is stained badly on inside, sheets and towels had stains...
