Well established family holiday home with spacious living areas and all of the features and fittings you'd expect for your holiday visit and access to netflix for those quiet nights. Great location on a secluded back section featuring a large lawn and attractive garden setting. Perfect for sitting outside enjoying a meal while soaking up the view. Driving up the private driveway you are greeted with a distinctive split schist stone clad home. There is plenty of off street parking with space for extra cars or a boat . Open plan kitchen with a double oven and dishwasher, living/dining area flows to an adjoining spacious lounge with a feature vaulted rimu ceiling . Plenty of heating including two wood burners and electric heaters as well as a heat pump Two bathrooms - one of which is new . The laundry has a large washing machine and a dryer plus clothes horse. Separate second toilet off the laundry. Special conditions: Due to a few bad eggs, we ask that no students apply - sorry! Families and couples preferred. We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It is in a quiet residential area, with a fab patio area for BBQ’s and a lovely garden as a bonus. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Wanaka.

The house is large, spacious and very comfortable, nicely furnished with a large garden. The house has everything, a perfect kitchen and every detail is thought of. It was a pleasure to stay at the house and we would be happy to stay longer. Highly recommend this house. A wonderful house

We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids aged 16, 14 and 12. The house and garden were awesome. The house was spacious with lovely living areas, a well-equipped kitchen and great bathrooms and bedrooms. The outdoor dining area was a favourite and the garden stunning. We had a lovely stay here - grandma, my husband and I and our preschooler. It was a cold week so the fire and all the wood was greatly appreciated. Lots of space to spread out. Loved the spa bath too. Amazing view of the mountains, can see the groomers at night up Treble Cone. Very private and quiet as it is a back section.

We loved staying at 35 Kowhai street. It was a beautiful home and garden, warm with the fires and a kitchen with everything we needed (and more!). Elizabeth was wonderfully flexible and made our holiday much easier as a result. It's a great spot for both couples and larger families and group.

Huge family home with two living areas that provide bonus space for families. Three toilets and two bathrooms are great. Nice big kitchen, very handy location with amazing views. Really well set up and wonderful winter retreat with two powerful fires. Just gutted lockdown kicked in on day 3 of 7! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
