The room was quaint. Not exceptional and the shower lacked pressure. Hard to even get wet really. No one was ever at reception and the housekeeping only offered to come once during our stay so very little contact. No face towels but still a nice stay. No lock on the bathroom door which is unusual. It was nice but I may explore another option next time.

Water coming up through floor boards as a result of persistent water leaks, sparse kitchen utensils.

Excellent location to explore Margaret River and surrounding areas.

As it was quite cold, would have liked a bigger rug on floor near beds in summer this would not be an issue

Only one thing, there's very little bench space for food preparation.
