fabulous hotel right in the heart of Courchevel. we had a fabulous room with great views over the slopes and Courchevel 1850
it had changed ownership since our last visit and the restaurant has changed significantly. While the new restaurant is okay, the old one and its staff were fabulous. Prices are also up significantly and the restaurant was very expensive.

Location is very good and central. Nice bar downstairs but they shut it with no notice during our stay. So annoying.
They shut the restaurant and bar during our stay with no notice. They said they had a sauna and fitness suite but actually they had one last year not any more. They said they had a coffee house but turns out the only coffee they make comes from a machine.
Whenever we checked a bar bill also we had been overcharged. These things did not add to a great experience.

I left the room at 09:20 am and returned at 16:30 and the room was not cleaned.
the receptionist's justification was that they first arranged the rooms that would be occupied on a new day.
Very poor waiter service.

The breakfast is not fresh( cheese platter is old ) milk is not fresh , yogurt is served in open bowl in the buffet where its not safety to eat from ..and no varieties
- room smelly
- there is no phone in the room
- we ask for one they bring it the other day but it’s not working
- water is free .. when we ask for they bring a bill to pay!
- Conciege was suck. All our booking was wrong and some of them they didn’t even bother to do it . We communicate with them since 2 weeks before arrival but they call the resturant on the last moment which makes all resturants full already !

i told the lundry to clean my moncler jacket and they ruined it! also the rooms was to small and the balcona also was to small not like the pictures

The location was great and that’s it. The breakfast is poor the room is very poor they don’t have phone in the room to contact the reception. Please don’t forget the water them for the summer all that they need to get the shower cap the service in the room is poor
It’s look like a three star hotel
They are very poor the breakfast is very poor. I can see another hotel four-star, but the breakfast is better than actually the location is great and that’s it. I booked three rooms same category that they give me each room different size one small one medium one bigger one and the stuff in the reception. They are not flexible they don’t do anything.

nice atmosphere, convenient location for skiing and town. The boot room staff were excellent.
The bar closed at 10pm at night. Associated restaurant too expensive.

Hotel opposite has a great spa to use.
It said food was available till 9.30 but when requested something (bowl of french fries or similar) was told kitchen had closed already at 9.10pm :-(
However on a different night they offered to go collect some pizzas for us :-)
English breakfast Tea would have been nice to had available!
Considering the hotel price and we stayed 7 days, free bottled water each day in the room would have been expected

The property is very well located in the village and still ski in ski out. You can walk to all the stores and restaurants within 5 minutes. Cute Hotel basic charm.
it has not been properly renovated but semi renovated. Bathrooms are old and cupboards as well (they make terrible noise). there is no Spa. it is quite noisy for a hotel. There were no telephones in the room to call reception and no mini bar.

The service was outstanding, all our booking were made, many recommendations and suggestions to make our stay perfect.
The staff was extremely friendly and it has been a while since I received this kind of service!

good location
This guys rip you off , when i searched on booking i put 2 rooms for 4 peopple , when we arrived there they sead is 70 euro extra per night per room for the second person , we arranged at reception for ski private leson at the end of the journey they charged 325 euro per person for 1 hrs ( normal rate is 150-170 per leson ) …
