During our stay we experienced worst service, and Hotel many offer me a 3 bottles of drinking water and asked me to give

Nothing, I booked this hotel based on the review and rating but it’s all fake.

it was worst hotel I ever visit. extremely old furniture, dirty bed linen, dirty and smelly towels, smelly room. I booked the non AC room and receptionist forcibly gave me the AC room and charged me 1k extra for 3 rooms but the air conditioning was not working properly.

The location at which the hotel is situated

The rooms were small and not worth the money I paid, the hotel has parking issue, it was very congested. While booking it was showing 1 double bed and 1 single bed per room but they did not provide single bed and hence we had to adjust 3 people in one bed. There should be clear pictures for all room type, how would I ensure I got the correct room type as per my booking. I had very bad experience with this hotel.

Happy and comfortable stay.

The property was nearer to the city attractions. The rooms were comfortable. The staff were very cooperative. The Manager Mr Raju was so helpful and cooperative to accommodate us in adjoining rooms as desired by us. We were happy to recommend this property to other friends also.

Worst and wrong Hotel profiles shown and provided by Booking.com

Breakfast Worst. Booking.com is total responsible for cheating. Hereafter We never book Hotels through Booking.com

Booking confirmation shown Breakfast Included. But Hotel side no dinning Facilities. They bought Foods from nearest Hotel and serve to Room. Very Worst. We wrongly choosing Booking.com web site. I think Waste for Money .
