Oasis at Orange Beach 1903 (formerly known as Phoenix West II 1903) is a three-bedroom, four-bath condo with amazing Gulf-front views from the 19th floor. • Access to the balcony is from the living room • Tile flooring is throughout the unit • Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wet bar with a mini-fridge/wine cooler. The dining room table seats six and there are four bar stools for additional seating. • Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit • The living area has a sofa sleeper • The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV • The second bedroom has two queen-size beds with a TV • The third bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV • Wireless internet access is provided • Amenities include: Adult Only Pool, Air Conditioning, Bar & Grill, BBQ, Basketball Court, Boardwalk, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Elevator, Fitness Center, Gift Shop, Heated Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Ice Maker, Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Kiddie Pool, Lazy River, Outdoor Pool, Picnic Area, Pickleball Courts, Putting Green, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable, Sauna, Splash Pad, Tennis Court, TV, Vending Machine, Washer/Dryer, Water Slide • No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry! • Maximum of two cars allowed. So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day. My wife and I decided to try for two months in Orange Beach this year and we were not disappointed. Our condo was very clean and all the pictures were exactly as the unit was. The support we received from Beaches of Alabama was outstanding on the few issues that required their help. All messages were responded to within an hour or two. We are looking forward to another Orange Beach vacation next year.

This was our fifth season using this company for our vacation, and it was awesome as always. The condo was great, always love the Phoenix property with their friendly staff, and their constant upkeep. Will be back next year.

The floors were so nasty that we had to scrub them so the kids could play and not have to worry about how dirty they were going to get.

We had a great time in Orange Beach. Our condo was very comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 6! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. The beds were super comfy! We had one issue with a drain not draining and it was fixed immediately!!
The only downside was the elevator time waiting! You most of the time had to grab one and go down before going up but you get that with any high rise! The pool was not the cleanest. The beach was great!

Due to the limited availability of the elevators at check-in time, I think staggered check-in times would be a good solution. Otherwise, our stay was great.

Loved our condo. So comfortable and well furnished. Nice people at the desk. Loved the pools and exercise room. Close to restaurants and grocery store.

My family had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
Everything was perfect and I have no complaints. We are a family of 6 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of room.

Me and 6 friends stayed here for a weekend and it was amazing!! The views were incredible and the unit was so nice. Everything was very clean when we arrived. There was so much space it never felt like we were crowded in one room.

We’re a group of professional women on a weekend beach getaway. The check in and check out process was painless: ample convenient parking, carts were available, not too long of a wait for elevator. The unit itself is spacious, tastefully decorated, with clean and new/well-maintained indoor and outdoor furniture. Awesome ice maker and we’ll-stocked kitchen. Would love to stay at this unit again.

The condo was beautiful, clean and as presented. The lady that checked us in was very rude and not very helpful. There was an issue with parking. We had 10 people staying with us. They only allowed 2 vehicles to park on the property. We could not get 10 people in two vehicles. We had driven 3 vehicles down. So one of our vehicles had to be parked about 20 min away. This was a very big hassle and inconvenience every time we got ready to go eat or to do anything away from the condo. If you are going to rent your condos to large parties then they need to be able to park their vehicles where they are staying. The availability of the elevators is a whole other issue. There is no excuse for having to wait 15 - 20 min for an elevator. This was almost every time we went to use the elevators.

Great style as are all Alofts. Cool common area with live music, games, bar. People encouraged to be social which was fun. POOL CLOSED. No obvious reason and was not mentioned on website and this is why we booked there. This was mentioned on other reviews too. Also, check in process via email broken which really didn't matter as it went smoothly at desk. Good place but if pool matters I'd call before you go.

Nice getaway
The condo was great, very clean and just as pictured. We had a wonderful stay the only problem was the over crowded elevators and the crowded lazy river and beach. Next time we will book during the off season. I highly recommend if you don’t mind the crowds. It was very family oriented, and dissipate the information that was sent to us the tennis courts, basketball court and splash pad were all being used by guest, so they were not closed.

When the cleaning staff FINALLY came she tried to tell me the sheets in the floor were clean. And then tried to get me to wash the linens. After i said no, she left and didn’t come back til 9:30 to finally make the beds. There was mold all in the master bathroom shower. And the elevator wait time is horrible. We loved the grounds. The slide. The splash pad. Just not this particular condo or cleaning crew.
