The property is in a good location and is clean
Breakfast is not good enough. France is a country with great cheeses, dairy products and is renowned for great coffee. The breakfast here was supermarket croissants and jam, with filter coffee.

Fantastic location, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Free onsite parking. The accommodation is very clean and quiet and the rooms have beautiful mountain views. The host was so friendly and accommodating and he provided a wonderful breakfast. would definitely recommend.

The best thing in this place is the mountain view from the huge balcony (if you book this option). The couple who run the place are very sweet.
It was hard to find, Google Maps places it wrong and the cottage has no signs on it. It is on the Imp. des Eaux Froides, the 2nd house on the right.

Beautiful old property , lovely friendly owner . Easy separate private access to our room which was lovely . Great shower and bathroom . But most of all loved the enormous balcony with comfortable seating and great views . Great location , just a shortwalk into the village . Samoens is a beautiful village and easy access to ski in Flaine .

A charming old property owned by a private host who offers B and B in his own home. Walking distance to the village 3 mins and 10/12 mins walk to lift. ski bust stop outside.
Beautiful large double room, high terrace, charming host, simple but good cold breakfast, French useful.

Very well equipped and comfortable room with nice owner Jean-Yves providing a good breakfast. Great location only 5 minutes walk from the centre.

The room was very spacious, clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The owner is realy nice and helpful, he gave us a lot of informations about the area (restaurants, activities, hiking trails etc). Very good location - less than 5 min walk to the city center. Small garden at our disposal.
Due to Covid the owner had to limit the breakfast choices.

Lovely chalet B & B with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The room we had was a really good size with a great seating area. We had a view of the mountains which was great. Nice bathroom - good shower. Breakfast was a very good continental style and we left with full stomachs before hitting the ski slopes. The owner was very welcoming, helpful and informative. The great thing for us was that ski bus stop was just outside the house with a regular service to the gondola. Also the property is a short walk into town (5 mins or so) - lots of lovely shops and restaurants. Would recommend and would definitely go back.
Twin beds were quite narrow for adults but were comfortable.
