We enjoyed our stay there, couldn't fault it. It was less than a 5 minute walk from the car park. Really peaceful place especially at night. We loved sitting outside watching the bats fly around. Our daughter had ample space to burn off that toddler energy. The host sent a detailed message the day before and was on hand to contact if we needed him. There was a nice Chinese near the park and just eat deliver too! It was a short drive to shops and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will choose it again.

Everything was exceptional. very comfortable and all essentials were supplied.

There could have been some grab rails in the bathroom for the shower as it got very slippery. Also the water in the shower was extremely hot and I burnt myself quite nastily. No signs.

it was great. a two bedroom chalet with everything in it. a great place in a quiet area which was only four miles from Great Yarmouth. scenery was amazing outside. everything included apart from a few toiletries etc

nothing . some people may find the walk from the car park a bit much but it’s literally a five min walk

property was clean and comfortable

the owner didn't tell two disabled people i.e. me and my partner, until the day after we could cancel for free that there was a 300 yard walk to the chalet and a sack barrow for our luggage and that we were not allowed to park on the grass. This was unfair and unreasonable of the host I feel.

Very cosy felt homely enjoyed staying at the chalet ideal location for us to explore the area and not too far from the broads.

The chalet was lovely a good base but just the parking was quite abit away from the chalet and I didn't pack light on a staycation was hard work with quite a few trips and a full weeks shop to carry too.

It was comfortable and had almost everything we needed and expected to be there. Quite remote for the location which was nice and a good green area right outside for our puppy to play! Tony is also lovely and helped to direct us into the property on arrival!

Just a few things not included which we thought would be, for example soap, sponges and basic condiments. But if we had been staying longer then we would have most likely taken those things with us anyway!

Very friendly people on site, next to the Broads and near the Roman Fort, comfy sofa and telly, very clean and new towels. Lovely crockery, Big lawn outside the front door where you could look over the hedge to the Wilds.

Would have been handy to have washing-up liquid and sponge, and a bar of soap. Bit of a problem with the cistern on the toilet. My mum is elderly and would have been good to have a non-slip mat in the bath.

Lovely quiet site close to public footpath next to river and nice pub. Car boot sale nearby.

We arrived not knowing the site, but quickly located our residence. Whole site very clean and tidy, and friendly. Premises very clean and well supplied with necessities. Really enjoyed our stay, and the cat enjoyed it to. Thank you Tony

I did not like being so far from car park to accommodation about 200yards with luggage etc so would not suit if can not walk far to chalet no parking on grass which is unusual for holiday places today most you can park outside
