Good

The flat is very well located, next to restaurants, coffees, beach, shopping mall. Great for exploring the island. The flat is quite big and the kitchen is well equipped. Fast internet and plenty of channels on the TV and also can connect to Netflix and other streaming apps. The complex has access to a swimming pool which wasn't busy at all when we went there. The flat was very clean.

The mattress in the main room wasn't very comfortable and there is some noise in the rooms at night, we think it's probably coming from the lifts and other flats.

large clean well appointed apartment in a great location.

no breakfast full kitchen in apartment

we found the mattress on the hard side but this is only our personal opinion as they where suitable.

Spacious apartment in a good location which needs a bit of updating. eg dining furniture

Location was excellent.

Kitchen under equipped. lacked a toaster, chopping board saucepans and oven dishes. Furniture and fittings need a bit of care{TLC} No sun for the week and apartment cold so linen and towels felt damp. was surprised to have to strip the beds in a serviced apartment. Front door did not stay shut and had to be locked while in the apartment and therefore unable to leave both sets of keys in apartment at end of stay. washing machine instructions would have been helpful! socket in en-suite bathroom loose so not safe to use. Already reported some time ago in the visitor book.

Apartment and location was very good. The apartment was comfortable and a good place to stay.

Very good

Beautiful and very well equipped apartment at a superb location.

Unfortunately, the apartment is located right above the garbage room of the building, which resulted in a lot of smell and noise during the night when the garbage was collected.

Very enjoyable holiday - would like to stay longer if the bed could be fixed!

Excellent sized apartment, well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. Pool area facilities were good. Close to Madeira Forum shopping centre which is good.

Only drawback for us was the double bed, which was too soft for us. It looked like the slatted base frame may have been installed upside down because there was a lack of support. Mattress looked new.

Magical Madeira Apartment

Location was perfect, plenty of good shops, restaurants and bar nearby. 45 minute walk into Funchal centre via good walkways. Very safe environment. Flat is well maintained, and so are grounds. Pool is 'refreshing'. Late sunshine on the balcony was a lovely end to every day.

Overall very nice Appartment/ Good Value

Good Location/Very handy for shops/15 min trip into City Centre. Plenty Bars / Cafes nearby. Nice pool with plenty sun beds.

Our Appt was situated above a garage door with did make quite a bit of noise when it opened/shut. No probs during day but annoying during the night.

Great location, spacious and homely apartment

It felt really spacious and comfortable. Having the washing machine was also good and access to the pool excellent. The staff were extremely helpful - it was fairly warm and we asked if they had some fans available. Within a couple of hours two new fans were delivered.

It was excellent - can’t really find fault. Although some guidance on how to work the dishwasher would have been helpful.

Superb

Quality apartment block superbly situated overlooking the ocean, well designed and maintained including beautiful gardens and outdoor pool. Spacious and comfortable.

Nothing really. The apartment location did not attract much sun and it was a little chilly mornings and evenings.
