Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort is a tranquil escape located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach, FL. Situated amidst lush greenery the tropical paradise encompasses 18 acres with 350 ft of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. A unique quality of this resort is our private pedestrian beach access. The underpass is a well lit tunnel under scenic Highway 98 which leads to our large gazebo and boardwalk. The complex amenities include: tennis courts, shuffle board courts, 2 pools (one for the little ones) , a playground, a clubhouse which features: free WiFi connectivity, ping-pong table, and coin-operated pool table. Each unit has fully equipped kitchens, private patios, vaulted ceilings, and its very own view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Amazing!!!
The pictures do not do this property justice. Everything was clean, well organized, clutter free. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. The property is a short walk to the underground beach access which was a plus. I will definitely be renting again in the near future.

We have been staying at Sunnyside for 20+ years. We loved #36 (our first time in that unit). It is very comfortable, lots of space and well furnished. The location near the pool is perfect for families. My only complaint is the sprinkler system/timing issue. For as long as we have been staying there, the sprinklers are on the worst possible timing system. There has never been a night when we were visitng other condos that we did not get soaked going to and from. Also, one morning I went to the store recently (in the pouring rain) and returned to get sprayed down by the sprinklers while unloading the groceries. I would think the timing could be set for the middle of the night when guests are not outside.

We had a wonderful time here. The children enjoyed the playground and beach. It was too cold to go swimming but the pool looked very inviting. Out unit was spacious and very clean. It was a great experience.

Sunny side was the perfect setting for our family get away. The property was beautiful with plenty of activities to keep us busy. Between tennis, shuffleboard, and a beautiful pool everyone had something to do! And the beach is spectacular. Our condo was spotless, and very spacious. We had everything we needed for an awesome week of family fun.

Beautiful complex, wonderfully renovated unit, great location, perfect for a family vacation. The condo was exactly as described. Just a couple of suggestions for additions to the unit: full-length mirrors in the bedrooms or bathrooms, more hooks throughout to hang towels and swimsuits, and a few more kitchen amenities would be great (additional hand towels and dish rags especially). Overall, we all really loved it and would definitely consider returning again.
