Quite a good location, short walk to the Old Town.

Sadly not a very friendly welcome at reception. Pleasant room but rather old-fashioned. There are probably nicer options than my room 116 (I think?). The restaurant was closed on our last night although we hadn’t been informed it would be, which was annoying. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, again annoying. The heating didn’t work even after I reported it, twice. Overall felt that everything was a bit lack-lustre, sort of OK but not great. So yes, I was disappointed.

Good location and only a short walk to the old town. Comfortable, clean and warm room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

hated the fact that only got 1h of free Sauna for 3 nights stay. spa was also quite cold. also our room was next to a really squaky outdoor, it should be fixed

A bit of a walk to reach downtown

Breakfast was nice, accessibility to public transport. Personnel was nice and friendly, the receptionist tried to make up for the downfalls, but unfortunately was severely understaffed.

The initial order was not fulfilled, I specifically asked for a child bed and paid extra for that. Not only were bed sizes mixed up, but I never really saw the bed for my 5 yo daughter. One of the rooms smelled urine. Both rooms were cold with -4 degrees Celsius outside temperature despite radiators being turned full open. I definitely would not recommend the hotel for anyone travelling with his/her family and kids. As a healthcare worker with nearly 60 hr/week schedule I had expected to relax once a year and ended up wasting my nerve cells and inconveniencing my family members.

Great room with great jacuzzi style tub!

No milk for tea and coffee and reception could not find me any. Also was not told that the spa was closed for the 2 days we were there which was one reason we choose this hotel.

Very elegant hotel, with calm and relaxing atmosphere. Situated conveniently for sightseeing in old town. Good breakfasts and very nice quiet restaurant attached to the hotel. Our room was spacious with a good sized bathroom.

we ordered breakfast to the room within the timeslot they gave as an option to choose from (09:30-10:00) and it came even before my wake up alarm (09:20). And they did not have any tray they could give for the breakfast. I had to wake up when they knocked the door around 9:15 and clean the table (after they told me so) with only my underwear on and it took 10min and after that the food was actually cold. and if I remember correctly we did order 2x bacon and eggs but there was bacon only on one plate. that was the only con, otherwise only pro’s.

The hotel is situated in a great location, right next to the Toompea panoramic hill and 10 minutes walking to the old town centre. It features a team of supportive staff and diverse options to choose from for relaxing spa! The room was big, warm and quiet. I surely recommend it!
