Personale gentilissimo, pulizia e disponibilità. La veduta dalle camere è dal terrazzo del ristorante bellissima.

Purtroppo nei dintorni dell hotel ci sono palazzi fatiscenti che non ti permettono di goderti appieno il panorama ma non è certo colpa dell hotel.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα,η τοποθεσία καταπληκτική! Είχαμε κλείσει δωμάτιο με θέα κι μας αναβάθμισαν το δωμάτιο,το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο κι πρόθυμο να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστούμε Το πρωινο ήταν πολύ νόστιμο

best staff ever

One of the best experiences. The staff noticed that the next day was my birthday and everybody was soooo nice, they gave us not 1 but 2 desserts on the house. Honestly I can not thank them enough for being so kind! Room 315 is huge and the the view is priceless.

Generally the place is pretty good - parking is always available right in front. Staff is really nice and welcoming. Views are great. Breakfast is alright too.

Apparently the restaurant is also occasionally a wedding venue, which is understandably really noisy at night. I think this should be made clear at reservation-time instead of at check-in. In all fairness we were upgraded to a better room but still this level of noise is unacceptable for a hotel. Other than that, pretty good.

Nice view, but otherwise mediocre

The view is nice and the staff is helpful

The Greek power grid is so weak that during heat waves, the elevators stop working. If you relied on a wheelchair to get to an upper floor, good luck getting back down. Also, the restaurant is just terrible. I travel all the time, I love airplane food, so it's pretty rare that I find both pasta and a sandwich inedible...but there you are. And it's in a neighborhood with no other restaurants or dining options, so you're stuck with overpriced, inedible food (to be more precise, the grilled cheese sandwich was rock hard-both cheese and bread -- and the pasta with grated cheese had no grated cheese, barely any sauce, was actually orzo and included what seemed like chopped leftover kebabs). If I'm going to be picky, I'll include that it's also very hard to find, even with the GPS. My in-laws got so lost that they gave up and we sacrificed the room cost.

A nice slightly up-market hotel high above Thessaloniki.

Comfortable room with a nice view from the balcony. Fairly standard hotel bathroom - shower bath with a curtain so always a bit of water leaking onto the floor. The room was large enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A twin bed room should not have two single beds pushed together.

Magnificent view over the bay, comfy beds, well sized rooms, although the furniture was a bit outdated, good continental breakfast, very pleasant staff
