Nice renovated room, comfortable and big bed. Breakfast ok, but could be better

In winter breakfast room was very cold. Location neither bad nor exceptional. Overal good stay

I'm returning to this hotel not for the first time. I like it very much because of the location in the port area and that it takes 3min to reach old town area. Ships and canal fascinates me every time.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, nice location, good wi-fi.

The repair works are not finished yet, you can perfectly see that in common spaces. Breakfast was rather poor.

On the breakfast was very unpleasant personal. The service was very slow. It is harmful for the nice hotel.

Nice and cute place, very warm.

Double bed was like a twin just close to each other.

Everything was good/excellent. Staff was very helpfull. Especially thanks to Liveta - it was the first evening when we arrived and she helped us a lot. I stayed there 2nd time.

We missed fried bacon slices ( slices were only one morning), And sour cream (for cottage cheese and herring) - thanks to staff - they always gave it when I asked. Maybe a bit warmer in breakfast room in winter time when it is cold outside :)
