Nice quiet place with private pool villa. Many activities to do like soft archery, bicycles, swan water bicycles, pool table and more.
Kitchen only has kettle and fridge, no stove to cook or warm food.

It’s always pleasure to stay there. The view is picturesque, the villa is comfortable, the staff is friendly and kind, the dishes at the restaurant is tasty and arroi mak-mak.
Our daughter is very happy about this place as well and she had a cozy crib brought by the staff.
Gonna visit it again soon.

Well, they strongly need a renovation, but the staff tried so hard to make our staying good... They're pleasant people.
Cleaning service also could be improved.
For one-night staying and go further it's okay
Nearby wasn't any restaurants. Their own restaurant is more like a bistro, and they mess with orders, but at least food is tasty.

We stayed 3 nights at Bor Saen Villa and thoroughly enjoyed it. The site is beautiful, built around lakes with a backdrop of the limestone mountains and the grounds are well maintained,it is an ideal place to relax, so tranquil and peaceful. There are some lovely hiking trails amongst the stunning surrounding scenery. The villas are spacious, private and comfortable with private pools, there is also a large pool on site. The food in the onsite restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous although the language is a problem at times.
Although the food was generally good the European/American breakfast was a bit limited.

Large, picturesque, beautiful area. The villa is relatively not bad, but its area indicated in the description includes the entire territory on which it stands and not the premises), and in the end it is not at all big in fact. It should also be taken into account that the zone is not very touristy and there is nothing to eat there without a car!
The hotel needs a refurbishment like almost everything in the hotel, equipment and cottages are tired of time)

Location is amazing in the limestone rock mountains and hills with caves and waterfalls to explore. Bicycles and scooters onsite, pool with slide, plenty of activities.
Rooms are tired and need updating. But they are in the process of doing this.

Beautiful location.
Private pool was great, as was the communal pool.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
It’s situated a long way from Phang nga and is difficult to get to.
Tips for hotel: loungers by the communal pool would be good and towels are starting to look tired so new towels would also be good.
It’s really hard to access tours and things to do from your hotel and you could link up with a local tour company which would be beneficial for the guests and bring in some extra income for yourselves

Beautiful destination, TOP friendly personal! Good breakfast.
kitchen equipment. The microwave did not work... The kitchen is large, but without the possibility to cook or heat food.

so much the place has so much potential but they had most things closed because we were literally the only ones on site. pool was dirty with no where to sit. asked to use ATVs but told they were broken.

great territory with picturesque landscapes, great villa space, restaurants on the territory, 7/11 not that far from the property
very ordinary breakfast, doors closed not tight, coming out from rails easily, mattress and pillows are from latex - not for everyone

The staff was friendly. The house we stayed in was really nice and they also provided outside towels. Ping pong table and other entertainments for free. The resort’s garden is very beautiful.
What we liked the most was the staff at the restaurant. They were super kind and friendly.
We couldn’t really use the kitchen, there were not even knifes. Only plates, cups, spoons and forks were available.

The complex is very good and interesting, the idea is great. Swimming pool in every cottage. Huge size houses. Breakfasts are creatively designed. A great vacation can be for a few days, subject to the availability of a car.
I write exclusively about our number. This is a house at number 1102. It was dirty, there were cobwebs everywhere, the pool was full of sand and leaves. The door to the toilet and the shower should be opened almost with a tractor, the curve, creaks. The jacuzzi was not running in the pool like the rest of the rooms. Our friends in all the houses were all clean and good.

The perfect place to stay close to nature.Really huge area with a great view. Even when it was a lot of booked houses - we don't hear our neighbors
It was not usual for us that in 3 bedroom villa's bedrooms are staying separately from the main room. The pool is not 100% clean. Breakfast is very simple
