Lovely town and location for a short break

Lovely setting , close to sea and town. We were upgraded to a very pleasant room with views over sea . Very polite and welcoming staff. Very pretty town , all with whitewashed houses.

Fabulous Stay!

The Manager Zeb and his team were fabulous going above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. With special treats for my husband's birthday. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you very much.

A Wonderful Stay

It is now the third time we stay at this hotel and we enjoyed it very much. It is nicely situated and even though it’s not on the beachfront, the sunset views from the dining area are breathtaking. For breakfast you can even sit on the porch and enjoy the sea views. you can walk to the beach probably within a minute … The hotel has been renovated recently, so it has now a modern touch with the typical Paternoster Charm. The staff is exceptionally friendly. We enjoyed supper one night at the hotel which was also lovely. There are two pools, towels are provided and we especially loved the evening turn-down service. And extra touch to make the stay special. All in all a wonderful stay!

A comfortable place tp stay if you want to lose weight

We were upgraded to one ofthe villas, beautifully appointed and with a lovely view - and our own private swimming pool. We liked it very much

The poor service at breakfast and dinner very nearly negated the good feelings we had about our rooms.We wait ed 90 minutes for the first course at dinner to arrive,and breakfast then threatend to be equally slow so we had it elsewhere. Perhaps they find it difficult to find and keep staff

Great hotel, dissapointing room

The staff and the restaurant were amazing! Also highly recommended the cocktails

The beds. Terrible pillows and thank goodness we had our own. I'm also very allergic to down, as are many people so surprised this was the bedding Very bad smell in the kitchen which we assumed was the drain. Some hooks or shelves in bathroom would have have appreciated

Stunning views

Great location - walking distance to the beach and Die Gaatjie restaurant. The Villa's are well maintained and beautiful furnished. Had breakfast and dinner at the main hotel - was delicious. Barren at reception has a wonderful fresh energy! The waiters were lovely too.

Lovely stay

We loved the location of the villa as well as the privacy. The villa was comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely go back.

Loadshedding is a big problem in the country and although the villa had an inverter it didn’t last long and would die relatively quickly leaving us in complete darkness which wasn’t ideal.

Beautiful views, modern rooms and clean facilities

We loved our room; it had a great view from the balcony and the amenities were 5 star. The room and hotel facilities were clean and in good working condition.

The staff could have been slightly more welcoming and informative about the area, the restaurants and places to see. And they could’ve provided assistance when it came to turning on and working the Sauna, which we had pre-booked. Breakfast and coffee took long and could be improved.

Pleasant

Nice sized apartment for a family with lovely modern furnishings.

The location was not great - the surrounding area played loud music until 4:57am - I know the Hotel cannot help that but it was very stressful, praying the kids would not wake up. The second night the music started at 7:30pm but thankfully the hotel/law enforcement put a stop to it.

Not the best. No privacy

on beach

the hotel is very crowded and unprivate. when you lie at pool, you can hear everything in spa. The hotel space is not well thought out. pool chairs in front of rooms, so other people sat right infront of our friends room.
