Good practical place to stay in Murray Bridge

Comfortable room. Good facilities - Nice bathroom, good airconditioning, basic kitchen facilities helpful for breakfast and eating takeaway

Comfortable and clean. Prefer own bathroom. No obvious parking. No physical reception.

I didn't have breakfast.

It would have been nice to have a human face to greet me at the site. I found it difficult to negotiate the codes and the door and stairs with my luggage after a very long road drive. A phonecall didn't quite match what a personal contact could have done. No obvious places to park safely.

Great place stay, very quiet and comfortable at the early hours of the night.

I didn’t actually have breakfast but location was great.

1. Noise near by at around 2:00am was so annoying. 2. Air conditioner operational light is too bright, not good for sleeping. 3. No where to wash your cup in the shared kitchen.

Very good

I was lucky enough to have a door that led straight onto the balcony. Balcony was wide and would be a great spot to sit in the evening with a beer and good company.

No running water in community kitchen.

A backpackers at motel prices.

Heritage building. Spooky atmosphere. Shared dining nook.

Warning: this is dormitory style accommodation. There is a long walk to the toilet & the female shower facility is unrefurbished. 2 hour parking limit outside. (Luckily not an issue on weekend and at night.) Bedpost blocks television screen. Steep stairs and no obvious disability access. No tea & coffee facilities in room. Despite the lack of facilities they charge an exorbitant security bond.

Jess and Patrick made me feel welcome.

Excellent balcony veiw. The most comfortable bed. Plenty of room. Everything clean. I loved the pin pad security on the doors.

it was a fantastic overnight stay on a road trip well located, just a walk to restaurants and the pub for dinner

such a great location and big comfortable clean rooms great value for money

other guests got up early to travel and kept slamming doors onto the shared corridor. I think they were a large family group going in and out of each other’s rooms

There was no way to order a breakfast.

The stairs to the accommodation were very steep and not easy to climb when carrying a heavy suitcase and i felt very unsafe. There was no instructions about what to do with our dirty dishes and no sink to clean them in. No microwave in the room. The reception desk to ring a bell if needingto speak to staff but there was no bell. I never saw any staff, so I had questions that couldn't be answered. There was a folder in the but i felt that it did not answer any of the questions I had and did not have enough information.

Booking was confusing. We were told 2 rooms with shared facilities. In fact it was a hotel room with shared facilities with 39 other people, rooms separated by 20 metres and 1 room near the facilities where useage commenced at 4.30 am. The cost was greater than expected and a $100 deposit was retrospectively charged

Worse falsely advertised place

The person at the desk was nice.

THIS WAS ADVERTISED AS PAY WHEN YOU ARRIVE. I RECIEVED A PHONE CALL THE DAY BEFORE TELLING ME IF I DID NOT PAY THERE AND THEN ON THE PHONE MY ROOM WOULD BE GIVEN AWAY. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND NOT AS ADVERTISED. We paid for the top superior suite, so we could get a balcony as I am a smoker and only find out when you are in the room that it is non smoking and you have to stand across the road to smoke. Should be advertised as a non smoking. There is no secure parking, this is a false advertisement. You have to park on the road. The newly upgraded showers have non adjustable heads. That sit at 5 and a half feet. Me being 6 foot could only fit from my shoulders down under there without having to crouch where I ended up banging my head on the heads at one point. The bed creeked at any movement. When inspected the centre beam was broken and repaired with 2 additional pieces of wood bolted on to the original to hold it together. The private balcony is not private as advertised, it the same balcony every other person has access to. It has three small plant potted tree bushes separating it from the rest of the balcony which you can not only see through easily, but just as easily walk around them. The advertised continental breakfast, never existed. The extensive DVD collection to play on the DVD player was non existent. Not one movie to watch. Finally, the fact you hear the other guests talking, moving around and opening cupboards and drawers, puts you off from talking or doing anything apart from leaving.

Excellent newly renovated bathroom

Tiny space available for parking; extremely narrow entry to the parking; difficulty to manouvre car once in the parking area. Advise walking in to check the space out first BEFORE deciding to proceed! All rooms are on the top floor which is fine, butSome people would have difficulty with the very steep stairs.
