Good price. Helpful staff. Nice location

Needs a good cleaning. Room, corridors, even breakfast hall were full of spider nets. Curtains and sofa in the room were pretty dirty. Water was leaking from tiles in our bathroom. If they clean the hotel properly, it will be a nice hotel although old furniture and decoration.

Unbeatable location, friendly staff (mainly), good restaurant (when open).

Restaurant not being open on a Sunday seemed odd. The breakfast wasn't really worth getting up for. Staff in Spa not very welcoming.

Perfect location at the centrę of Silistra, close to Danube river.

I've been at this hotel several times, and it never responded to its 5 star category, but now was worse than ever: 1)Staff at reception- no uniforms, they wear clothes as they are at home or they went out to the close shopping market; 2) Dirty rooms: There was alot of dust and spider webs, the decorative duvet of the bed was with (blood) spots, the pillow case was with visible yellow spots and we asked it to be changed; tomato seed on the wallpaper!; Alot of long hairs in the bathroom and between the sheets, which were crumpled (not ironed at all or may be someone already has slept in them?); Sticky spots: TV screen, bed frame; Visible old red spots on the carpet; 3) Refrigerator didnt work, I dont want to describe what dust and dirt was behind it; 4) Poor breakfast in the Panorama 5 Star Restaurant: Only one type of eggs : boiled, no friied, no poached, no omlette. Dry bread,( banitza looked like prepared at least 2 days ago), dry cake. Boiled eggs were spoiled...We eventually saw the cook with a suspicious look and told him about one of the eggs and he couldnt argue it was spoiled, cause the smell was obviously awlfull but he said that it may once happen, obviously not looking worried about this. Then we peeled another egg and it was the same, and I said to a lady with no uniform that was loading the coffee machinę with water from a plastic bottle that may be all eggs are spoiled and she took all eggs to check them and agreed that this may be a serious problem. 5) The ventilation fan in bathroom out od order

- i would not rate this hotel at 5 star unfortunately very outdated, not repaired perhaps since built, old furniture, rusty shower equipment, no soap/shower dispenser just “samples” , stained toilet seat, bedding smaller than bed so don’t fit well, carpet had a “vomit” stain, mini bar fridge empty, no kettle, missing ceiling tile, old shower curtain, shower is a handheld shower head mounted on wall which was leaking on the floor, it just didn’t have a clean feel to it, does not justify the price we paid - shame !

The place the workers are great view of restaurant is great
