The door latch didn’t engage, therefore the door couldn’t be locked. There was a small water leak in the bathroom. The shower required a high and wide bath side to be straddled, my wife was unable to shower.

Simply enjoyed the whole stay there. Loved that it was relatively quiet at night so my sleep wasn't disturbed by any neighbours

The kids absolutely loved the pool and it was so handy to be close to the town centre.
Due to the age of the property there’s not much soundproofing if other guests are noisy.

Great location, walking distance to the historical part of town & also the shopping precinct. Very reasonably priced. Have stayed there numerous times & always found it comfortable & clean

This place is wonderful for families! We loved that our room allowed our kids to have their own private area to hang out in, and they're already asking if we can stay again when the weather is warmer so they can play in the pool. The person in charge on the day we checked in was kind enough to upgrade one of our rooms which was unexpected and lovely.
The location was excellent as well, just a few short steps away from all the action.
We are definitely staying again in the future.
If only the pool was heated so we could enjoy it in the winter! But alas, we'll just visit again in warmer weather.

Everything. The manager was great he changed our room to accommodate mobility aid. Makes all the difference when you find a good concerned manager. Great location, good size room and very clean. Would stay again.

Bright room, with plenty of good lighting at night. Spacious. Nice colour scheme. Good shower. Great location- easy walk to shops and restaurants and to the Port of Echuca.

The room did not represent value for money and was much smaller than anticipated for a family room.

Large rooms with comfortable beds and a large clean, modern bathroom. The room look like some parts have been upgraded somewhat recently so I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was for the price! Location is perfect to be able to wander around and be close to things. Pool was small but big enough to cater for a few different guests to be in at the same time, with a small kids section too

The hotel pool was clean and solar heated, so it was a great temperature.
The family room was clean, the main room was a good size
The 2nd bedroom in the family room was a tight squeeze.

Stairs carrying luggage to upstairs rooms. Thin walls I could hear every word of people speaking on both sides of my room.

Exceeded expectations on all levels. Staff were very obliging over our need to change the date and our late check in. Highly recommend and lovely town.

the property is well located, the room very clean and convenient to a great little swimming pool where we enjoyed a refreshing swim while we waited for our rooms
the property showed some wear and tear typical of its age but this seemed to add further charm
