Our stay was enjoyable- 3 adults and one 6 year old. He loved the terrace with coconut palms!

Near the beach, near very good seafood restaurant, back terrace adjoining the back of our place was wonderful. Sitting out there at night was relaxing and enjoyable. There was parking for our car at the property- fabulous.

The wifi was not very good.

Excellent location, steps from bioluminescent bay. Hot water in shower, comfortable bed and cold ( in a good way) air conditioner. Apt has basic needs, no luxuries. Could use updates. Felt safe during stay..

From the location, water pressure, amazing host, fantastic sea breezes, fluffy towels, security, and cleanliness...this place is fantastic. I won't ever stay anywhere else in fajardo.

The morning singing of the roosters. But that's no fault of the accommodation. They are VERY vocal though

Aside from the smell, it was a great week for all of us.

Loved the apartment and the view of the ocean. Our hosts were kind and gracious.

Ocean winds would bring in a foul odor. Sulfur like. Our 4 year old reacted very strongly. It was bad.

Do Not Stay - No Running Water

convenient location for bioluminescent kayaking

when we arrived, the owner told us the water would be turned off in 15 mins and would be back on later. when we arrived back from the bioluminescent kayaking, we needed to shower and were informed that they’d be turning off the cisterns in 15 mins…leaving 2 people 15 mins to shower, brush teeth, etc. The only water available for those 15 mins was freezing. would not recommend staying here and honestly appalled we had to pay for a booking that essentially had no running water

The best location in the area! Very clean.

We loved the location. We walked to the marina for our bioluminescent tour and to local food spots that were delicious. We were just minutes from two excellent beaches. We were able to borrow 5 beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and umbrellas from the property which was such an added bonus. The property was spotless and the view of the sea from the balcony was an added surprise. We also appreciated the assigned parking. This was the best spot for our trip to eastern PR. We hope to rent this location again next year upon our return.

Nothing about the property. Everything was clean and the location cannot be beat. Know that Fajardo generally has many roosters who wake up early.

The place is huge and conveniently located. Safe and the Hostess was in communication the entire time I was there. I would 100% stay here again when in Fajardo

Superb

Parking was easy and secure. The balcony overlooking the bay was our favorite spot. Apartment with kitchen was spacious. Great location. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers all provided. Access to kayaking and water taxis are steps away. Beach is a fifteen minute walk, or you can drive for five minutes.

Internet was only available on back balcony and the bedroom closest to it. But, it worked great there. Hot water was temperamental. No phone to connect with water taxi (cell service didn’t work)

everything was great. we enjoyed our stay. it took us a little bit to figure out hot water but it was well explained in the guide.

The roofed balcony on the back is nice and the wifi was great there. Our place was clean. We loved opening the back door and letting the breeze blow though and listening to the ocean. The beach towels, chairs and coolers were a nice feature to have.

The beds were not comfortable.

It overlooks the noisiest spot in town, with loud music at night on the weekends until fairly late.

Everything was close and the communication of the host!

That everything closes really early, it was like 9pm and we couldn’t find a place to eat or anything!

It was pretty warm when we got there. It took about an hour to cool the place down because ac was off.

the air conditioning of the master room did not work well the first night but I reported it in the morning and they fixed it right away
