This is a wonderful property and excellent value for money in beautiful Perast. Zeljko the owner is honestly the most friendly and helpful owner we have ever encountered in years of travel - nothing was too much trouble and he went out if his way to make sure we had a great stay. The house itself is in an excellent location, the terrace is lovely, and is overall very comfortable and well-equipped (in my view the photos don’t do it justice - it’s more light and airy than it looks). Make sure you do a boat trip round the bay!

Perfect choice for discovering the bay of Kotor: the accommodation is within the lovely town of Perast. The house is just one minute away from the sea and from the main street of Perast. You can see from the house the ships cruising within the bay. The house is full equipped with anything you may need. The host is a very nice person, cares of the wellbeing of his guest where he just can, you can contact him anytime via WhatsApp/Viber.

Apartment was great, modern facilities, excellent WiFi, owner very helpful and friendly.

Steep steps leading to apartment are a severe limitation for middle-aged/elderly people. No beach at all, swimming areas were disgusting and smelly. Very, very difficult parking, limited access to apartment parking, and the town’s only street can become extremely congested.
