we didn't stay has the place is unsuitable its not fit for purpose

nothing do not stay here

we didn't stay at the property it was damp dirty linen and mattress, wallpaper was peeling off the walls, and the pictures on the website don't reflect the room in any way the place is not fit for purpose... especially if you have asthma or breathing problems do not stay

Room appeared like a ‘brothel’. Was put in a room with private on the door with key code. Decorated black and purple very badly paint splashed everywhere, 4 beds as booked, garden and office furniture in the room. Fireplace with pile of ash in. Received a text before arriving about paying a £40 deposit, as honest people we gave this on arrival without being asked. Upon leaving owner no where to be seen at all, contacted all numbers and none even ringing through. Checked around all building to find an elderly man in the private room next door to us who did not speak English, spent around 1 hour looking around trying to contact owner. Cameras in the hall way. Left property then decided to return to leave the key to our friends room, upon returning the owner and his partner arrived back and we asked him for the deposit back said he can check the room if he wishes. Room checked and happy they went into their private room and locked the door (this door has been open our whole stay). Gave him 5 minutes then we knocked and made him come out and bank transfer the deposit as he clearly had spent the cash we had gave him and was hoping we would not be wanting it back. Money received but if we had not persevered with this we would not have got it. Did us for the weekend stay but very very poor appearance compared to other rooms and service terrible.

A room is a room it kept us dry . Bed UNREAL everything else is a bit errrrrrm

The lady who spoke to us was amazing so friendly and amazing help she was amazing. The bed was unreal extremely comfy best but about room

The room was extremely small and a really really bad damp smell in the room . The window didn’t close properly and so in the morning you could hear crackheads arguing outside. The room looks nothing like the pictures too.

the door didn’t lock,no water in the sink and the shower was cold and the front door was broken so had to push a bad against the door for safety.One of the shower doors was broken so someone slipped out and hit there head of the bin.Nothing like the pictures.

A touch and go Blackpool visit

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, cosy rooms, I was so happy to visit Blackpool and my expectations were further beyond, little bit bad weather but compensated by the warm Ardern atmosphere

All was fine , we cant change the weather , but all was excellent

When I arrived at 8 pm there was a man messing in the bin out side turned out it was the hotel manager and when I rang the door bell he just sat behind the desk was an old man so may not of heard but terrible.

Not Apartment in

The host was pleasant the stay was ok

It's advertised wrong. It's NOT an apartment it's two small rooms attached to each other, when we saw the rooms we were very disappointed spoilt my break It should be advertised correctly

Superb

Host was lovely and welcoming even accommodated my request of an earlier check in. The room was lovely and clean and my god the bed was one the best beds i have ever slept in so comfortable, excellent for the price.

Only thing I could say is the shower door was broke and didn't close properly which didn't effect the use, however was worried about leaks and wetting the floor

Very good

It is a nice pleace and clean, staff is very warm welcome, bed is very soft and comfy for sleeping, bedroom is not big but nice and clean. Bathroom is not brilliant for using because a hander is broken but it looks a luxury. This price should be included a breakfast it would be good and increasingly rate to 10 out of 10.

The handder of show is a completely broken, should be change. Needs 2 botters ĺof water should be able for customer.

Our host meet us at the door he was lovely had no toilet roll but he rectified it straight away. The bad things I read about it was extremely un fair will defo stay again

The pic that are shown on line.room wasnt any think like it..carpet was ripped..wires hanging from the wall..shelf kettle was on was moving..dirty under the mattress..shower door not clipped in right..bk ov toilet was dirty..plasic stuff glued on to the base ov the bed..cornt shelfs in bathroom commin away from the wall.so you could use them..blood on mirror. Room very very tiny...i do have pic i have taken ov the room if you need to see ..plus i emailed them about breakfast..there wasnt any breakfast :( very very disappointed...by rights we shud have our money back..only ever sin one persion y we was there..the day to take our money and the day to leave our keys..but we did have to leave the keys in the door ..no one about to give them to..untill we was out side getting in the car..the fella came bk from walkin his dog..i could wait to leave..no interacting with us all the time we stayed there..nothing..id never ever stay there again..or ever recomend any obe to either..if you wanted more tea sugar or coffee you had to pay 4 it :(

hotel from hell do not book especially if with children

absolutely nothing

don’t even know where to start. dilapidated very Perculiar smell. unsafe area, no facilities whatsoever, advertised as apartment, was 2 bedrooms one with faulty tv. totally misleading pics on website. dirty run down bed felt like was going to collapse, one room no blinds curtains kept falling down and were frayed. other room blinds with broken slats curtain pole was balanced on tv. smoke alarm hanging off ceiling. plug socket hanging off wall, holes in wall. bare lightbulb no shade. inches of dust on mirror and windowsill. each one of us was bitten absolutely the worst place ever stayed in extortionate amount of money.

Glad we only stayed one night , bed was the cheapest rubbish money could buy and the rooms were tiny

The only good thing about the place was that it was clean

The rooms were tiny , looked nothing like the pictures and the beds were so uncomfortable we might as well have slept on the floor . Staff were rude and abrupt

great location easy walking distance to main attractions immaculately clean comfortable room great value for money

our room was small but well equipped, the beds were really comfortable and the pillows we had tea making facilities shower pipping hot water and good pressure , tea coffee and milk and sugar were provided and replenished, there was a bar onsite but breakfast was offsite , we didn’t use this as my daughter lives near the hotel and we wanted to spend time with her, everything was lovely and clean bins emptied daily and lovely fluffy towels, the staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us.

Mot a criticism but it was on a busy road and the weather wa so hot we left the windows wide open to let in some air and the road was noisy and some of the locals were quite loud, it didn’t bother us really as we crammed so much into the days that we both slept well

Good for the price

We booked 2 rooms and they put the rooms on the same floor, which was fab. Tv works well, we didnt managed to find wifi but they gave us the password at the check in, but i couldnt find; plenty of sugar, teas, and coffee, in one of the rooms the kettle was very very dirty and stank. But it was good for the price we paid, probably the best hotel i stayed in blackpool, the staff that did our check in was very polite and gave us all the information. Will deffo book again.

Kettle was very dirty in one of the rooms. Please remove that, and buy new ones.

Disgusting

The fact that I wasn’t allowed entry into the hotel I already payed for and being a young girl who had to stay on the streets overnight because of this I’m still waiting on my deposit and I hope you never put anyone through this. Would but recommend this hotel to anyone and will tell people what happened I think it’s disgusting

Good location very close to everything

I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived had read a lot bad reviews but on arrival the lady we met was lovely and the room although a little small it was clean and tidy we had problem with tv and it was fixed within ten mins can’t fault them xx
