Staff friendly. Nice adjoining bistro/pub.

Noise in the rooms. Disorganisation in booking - they messed up the room numbers etc causing confusion and intrusion into another person's room.

The staff were friendly and offered a free meal at their restaurant, we declined as we already had dinner plans.

I had booked online and I turned up to check in and the staff took my payment when they knew they didnt have the original double room I booked. I paid for a double room but ended up in a single room and my partner wasnt too happy. They did provide a roll in bed but still it wasnt what we originally booked. They said it was Booking dot coms fault and I needed to call them for refund ..called them and they said they had tried to call but staff members apprntly hung up on them when they said they were from Booking dot com. I had tried calling them and was advised a Manager will call me and nobody ended up calling me about my refund. Usually the hotel are pretty good as I have stayed there a few times but this time that wasnt the case. Will give them another chance.

The room was very quiet.

Unfortunately there is no lift to the rooms which made it a little difficult for my 90 year old mum but she got there, one step at a time :)

Easy check in and out. Very flexible hours. They had a toaster, microwave and small fridge. Also plates, cutlery and a big sink to wash up in, dishwashing liquid and drying towel provided. Complimentary tea and coffee. The facilities were old and worn but clean. Very good value for money.

The bathroom needs refurbishing. But was adequate.

The staff are friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay! I highly recommend this place.

The confusion on the rooms and beds. Nothing major

Sound proof room with block out blinds. Quiet aircon. Neat and tidy room, clean bathroom.

The lobby stinks of cigarette smoking.

Food Bed was comfortable

No breakfast Pillow to soft No milk for coffee

We traveled yo attend a function at this venue so thought why not stay rather than have to travel once done. wish we decided to stay elsewhere! admittedly the Bar had a good vibe and atmosphere to it and the staff were friendly and helpful and genuinely looked happier to be there.

The walk way to the rooms had a musty smell. unfortunately the smell was quite prominent in the room too. our bed was so uncomfortable. the rooms were tiny but had the bare basics. there was plenty of tea and coffee in the room. our room had no bathroom sink but we did have a kitchen sink. felt weird to brush your teeth and get makeup and hair done in the kitchen. however we made it work. i wouldnt stay here again.
