Sleeping: - Downstairs bedroom: 1 x King bed - Upstairs bedroom 1 (balcony): 1 x queen bed - Upstairs bedroom 2: 1 x queen bed - Upstairs bedroom 3: 2 x bunk beds + 1 x bed (5 Children) Additional sleeping: - Upstairs game room: 1 x sofa bed - Air beds: 2 x air beds Outdoor: dining table and chairs (seats 6) + foldable chairs; Barbeque; Fire pit; Lounge chairs; coffee table and chairs. Indoor: dining table (seats 12), bar stools (seats 3), leather sofas, coffee table. Washer+dryer. Kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, wine cooler, coffee machine. Plenty of cooking hardware and dishes. 3 TVs + internet Walk to community pool. Community adjacent to park along the lake (Muleshoe Bend). Home faces Turkey Bend park on opposite side of the lake. Adjacent lot is vacant, nice exploration trail for kids and home for the two foxes. Plenty of wildlife: deers, foxes, ringed tail cats, road runners, hummingbirds, red cardinals, vultures, bats. What to do (besides enjoying the view and the wildlife): Outdoor: Krause Springs is minutes away, Hamilton Pool, Milton Reimer's Ranch Park (better swimming and less crowded than Hamilton Pool – on the way to H Pool), Longhorn Caverns (Marble falls) Shopping: Bee Cave Galleria (25 minutes away), Austin (45 minutes away) Wineries: Spicewood Vineyards, Stone House Vineyard Dining: Opies BBQ is minutes away, Bee Caves & Marble Falls Location: 45 minutes from Downtown Austin, 25 minutes from Bee Cave, Fredericksburg is about 1 hr away, Marble falls is about 30 minutes away Guests are required to sign a 30 day contract, per HOA requirement. Rates are based on 30 day rental duration.

Perfect getaway home with everything you could need. Would highly recommend and visit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The home had plenty of room to spread out but also great gathering places. It's not a new home and some finishes and such were worn but clean and comfortable. We rented during pandemic and had 4 adults working remotely and had no issues with the internet. The home is perched high up on the cliff which provides superior views of the sunset each night. You should know that it is a steep climb to reach the dock and you need to have at least a basic level of fitness to do the trek. There is a stretch of stairs that does not have a railing and I would be concerned with small children or elderly. We had many visits from the fox and deer. The beds were soft but comfortable, showers worked well, and the kitchen was well appointed with lots of spices and supplies. HEB grocery store is about 30 minutes away. Community pool is only 5 minute walk from property and tennis courts are 4 minute drive. Antoine was easy to work with and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We’ve been renting properties on Lake Travis for years, but this is the first one that we felt “at home” in ... the view is amazing and the home has everything you would need! My kids were big fans of the fox and deer friends that came around a few times every day.

Well equipped home, dock, & boathouse for your full enjoyment on Lake Travis. Beautiful neighborhood with wildlife, boat ramp, & nice spot of the water where water is always calm w awesome sunsets lakeside. Owners provide full information about the property and ensure your stay is complete. Would definitely stay at this property again. The terraces down to the water provide numerous spots for privacy and view of the water. Just Beautiful!

This was one of the most spacious home I've had the pleasure staying in. The host was very hospitable and it had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend this home for any family vacation. Best vacation!

Fantastic property for a family or group. Great layout and fantastic dock/ammenities...AND we got a good work out walking up from the dock to the house. Super neat owners as well! Would "highly" recommend this property!

We had a family ranging in age from 8 to 50. There was something for all of us to do. Every little detail was taken care of. Clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The kayaks and canoe were the favorites. With this dock it was soo easy to get in and out if the boats. So wonderful. Would for sure come back again!
