Just a note. To the cleaners there should’ve both shampoo& conditioner, not just only shampoo. There is a couple of

lights on whole night, tap dripped in the shower, pubic hairs found in towel and bed sheet, no blanket, long hair found on bathroom sink NOONE THERE TO COMPLAIN TOO - office said open but no one there. we didn’t stay the 2nd night - we left

It was adequate, comfortable apart from the bed.

I liked the modern clean bathroom and the fact the split air conditioner worked well.

We could have been placed in an apartment further from the road. The bed was very hard and we could hear the next room going to the toilet.

Can't use the Pool.

The room was clean and well appointed.

That I couldn't use the advertised pool. The owners/managers were on site for another reason. I politely asked if it could be cleaned as I really wanted a swim. The creepy crawlee was put in the pool and turned on. I went to grab the scoop to do my bit, as I was appreciative that I was being met half way. It was broken. I mentioned it to the man. He and his wife got in their car and drove off. I assumed they were going to either purchase a new one or return with one from their other Motel down the road. I continued to scoop debris from the pool. Without a pole. Just the mesh scoop. By the time I finished (no one returned) it was still too mucky too swim. I have patronised this Motel before. I thought everyone deserves a second chance. Same situation unfortunately happened again. The pool is unhygienic. Albeit the local ducks excretion and swimming in the pool doesn't help. I suggested that Google could possibly offer a solution, or the Local Wires Organisation.

Best value by far

Sensational value. Small table to work from. 2 beds. Good bathroom. Fat wide with 2 to choose from. Big pool. Good aircon. Good tv. Good iron.

Could have been a little cleaner. I definitely noticed a little bit of dirt on the floor though it didn't worry me overly. Under the bed could benefit from a good mop.

Good clean rooms but the gardens and pool need TLC

The staff were lovely and helpful, the rooms were clean and renovated the pool large for the kids. Close to town and the shops but out of town away from the hustle and bustle which was great.

The property needs serious TLC, the grounds and gardens and pool are seriously neglected and over grown. There is no maintenance staff looking after anything there. I had to clean the pool myself with the pool net because there was so much debris in there. The gardens are neglected. As a family you need an option at the hotel to make food for your family as not everyone eats out, either the hotel needs to provide an electric cooker or bbq. For the second time now they have said they aren’t supplying a bbq anymore because of covid. covid is over people are flying overseas now. they keep using the same excuse or either supply another option. Lucky my mother In law brought her own electric cooker to make food for the kids. This place has so much potential because the rooms and the lady who cleans the rooms and runs it while the owners aren’t there is amazing. But the neglect of the pool and gardens brings it down so much such an easy fix.

Great short stay. Would definitely come here again

We arrived late at night after a long day of travelling. Receptionist was very helpful to accommodate with leaving a key. Also allowed us to check out a little later due to our late arrival.

It was close to both Belmont and Swansea

The room was small but comfortable. The driveway needs a lot of upgrading as is very rough.

Disappointing

There was no person at reception for the entire time. Phone call to say key in door. Other people were looking for someone to talk to at reception. Room had bee renovated but many old features remained such as cracked floor, rusty towel rail etc. The entrance drive full of water and potholes…… The cheaper motel up the road was attractive and thriving.

Really comfortable, clean and great value for money!

Very clean and comfortable! slept like a baby! So good to come back to a hot shower with great pressure!

Deep potholes in the drive proved a bit of a shock, especially coming off the highway.

Ok for overnight stay. Needs more pillows and mattress upgrade.

Nil breakfast

Driveway and car park area needs money spent to give a better entry. Did not appreciate the three legged bedside table that kept falling over. Hot water tap on the wrong side of the shower,VERY DANGEROUS.

Very,very disappointing, after a long drive finding you booked a shabby motel with broken down matt

very poky, wood architrave in bathroom was rotted out . The queen bed the springs in the mattress had gone and wheni first laid on it I rolled into the middle of the bed, plus the base was squeaky every time we moved. Not happy.

Reasonably clean, very pleaded there was a single bed in the room as my husband tried to sleep in the Queen bed while I had to sleep in the single bed as the Queen bed was so bad . Apart from that can say anything nice.
