The only good thing about this apartment was it was close to a couple of nice beaches.

Not suitable for 4 people. 1 room with poor ventilation but 2 extremely loud fans provided to help but it kept us awake the whole night. Room 2 is an outhouse (shed) which had a lot of damp in it and is not suitable for a room. The smell in it was unbearable. We complained about the fact the room was missold to us as something suitable for up to 6 people and the owner said that the sofa bed in the living room was considered as a room but it was very uncomfortable/flimsy bed and offered absolutely no privacy as doors to enclose it were hanging off the hinges. There was absolutely no storage for clothes or suitcases bar one room so it really wasn't suitable for more than 2 people. We went as 2 couples and 1 couple moved out after 1 night and paid €700 for a new room as it was that bad. When it rains there is drainage from the roof of the building it just drips all over the entrance of the property so you are met with rainwater as you enter or exit the property. We were told there was bikes which we were looking forward to and the wheels were punctured. We also found multiple bugs in the bed and bathroom. Manageable for 2 people to live in it but in absolutely no means enjoyable or relaxing. In hindsight will pay the extra to find better accommodation.

Right between old & new town. Owner very helpful & friendly. Got the use of 2 bikes for free. Perfect for a couple.

where to start but in summary was not as expected .. Was advertised a a two bed property but the second room was detached from the main property and was a store converted into a bedroom with no window or ventilation. You had to leave the room door open or else you would suffocate. You could feel every spring in your body. Every time you opened the door to the property you would be welcomed with an un pleasant smell .. seemed liked a smoking property. Appliances were in a bad nick, rusted and Broken handles. Shower had no window and the exhaust fan was not working. Dish mats had fungus on it .. the gym and pool were separate and were at aclub across the road. Passes were provided to access the facility.

The location was excellent. Plenty of hot water and good shower. Well stocked apartment. Still excellent value for what we paid for 1 week.

Small outside area and didn't get the sun. The second bedroom was separated from the apartment and had no toilet facilities. So did not use it. .

This property is not a two bed apartment. It has a storage room which is not connected to the property with a bed in it. False advertising and I shall be reporting to Booking.com. Also, it is a fire hazard. no back door only a narrow window. was left waiting at the apartment for an hour when I was told there would be someone there to meet me. It took 3 calls to get someone down. Advertised as having access to two pools but they were closed for maintenance. I was not informed of this prior to arrival.

Location was the only plus about this property

Dark dingy no sun even in the outdoor area. This property is dated dull and far from clean.There is no day light or sun entering the property.All fittings are old and decrepit..This is far and the worst property I have stayed in in Puerto del Carmel.

Location is very good, close to all amenities, shops, restaurants, beaches and close to the Old Town. Wifi was good. Washing machine was very useful. Free entry to the pool and gym across the road was a bonus.

Second bedroom in outside building to right of entrance steps seperate from main apartment and not suitable as bedroom. We could not allow any of our party to sleep there. Apartment was generally dark and hard to keep cool with the available fans, especially at night with the front door and windows closed. We stayed there at the end of August

Central location with extras such as bikes and passes to nearby leisure club which were great. Lots if equipment in apartment....

Ongoing issue with electrics during whole stay. Problematic on arrival and despite raising with landlord...no satisfactory resolution. Kept tripping and only way to prevent was to close circuits resulting in only 3 working sockets and having to juggle everything. No electric to second bedroom so one of us slept on couch. Also racked up data costs as WiFi not working all time due to electrics

The ceiling is low, not recommended for tall people

Fantastic location. Amazing sports centre facilities....pool, gym classes etc....but thought it would be on our doorstep rather than over the road. Also meant pool closed early Sundays and fiestas

Bedrooms too hot at night and no air con just fans. Found it difficult to sleep. Second bedroom totally separate ...made it difficult to use loo at night in main apartment as only one set of keys!! Couldn't use bikes as weren't tall enough

Host was excellent, Fernando met us and showed us around the apartment. It was in a great central location.

Very decent apartment located in the cellar and close to many shops and bars. The pool and wellness area is a great bonus. We asked for a third bicycle and the owner of our apartment had brought it to us within the same day which was great. Would come again!

Good location, clean.

This is a basement apartment with no direct sunlight. No place to leave suitcase after checkout if you have a late flight. Only Spanish TV.

The location and use of the facilities at the local pool was excellent.

Better clean before check-in required, working kettle and tv’s, more hot water available and a boiler not dripping.
