We were 23 nights in this big beautiful house and enjoyed it very much. The local property manager was very responsive and helpful. Having 2 king suites was great for having house guests. The saline pool was meticulously clean and maintained. Miles of beach walking, and the area just in front of the house was popular with surfers.. great entertainment. The 75” TV was a big bonus for playoff football. We would recommend this house and would stay there again.

We were scheduled to arrive in Longboat Key right after hurricane Idalia hit the coast. For 2 days we’re called and messaged the host 6 times with no response. Luckily a family member of mine drove to the house and was able to talk to the property handy man who informed us of all the issues as a result of the storm including a broken AC. We didn’t know if we would be able to use the house until 11am the day of arrival! It was very stressful. The property handy man was great and very responsive but his name is not on VRBO. We also did not receive check in instructions until an hour before check in, so that was annoying! The house is beautiful and spacious. We couldn’t use the pool because of all the sand and storm surge that got into it. Otherwise it’s a very quiet location and great for 4 couples or a family. Right on the gulf too. Great house but lack of communication with host/owner.

Family vacation. House was as described in pictures. Beach was private, large pool. Owners easy to communicate with. Host was there upon arrival to give a tour of property. Highly recommend, very clean, close to shopping, restaurants. Excellent all around!!!

We have stayed in many oceanfront vacation homes, and this is the nicest. It has everything we needed - from beach toys and toddler beds to kitchen wares (including spices) and games for lazy afternoons. It was clean and spacious. It is extremely well located. The property manager responded to all our questions promptly. It was a perfect house for our family vacation.

Well kept home, desirable location, ample parking, attentive property manager, pleasant greeting, very private, all amenities needed were present, spacious home with no exaggerations in the photos. Awesome experience for our entire family. We especially loved the round table dining set, so we could all join in the nightly chat.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. The layout was perfect for our group of 6 adult and 2 small children. Beautifully decorated! Between the very short walk to the beach, amazing pool and comfortable lounge chairs outside we were in heaven. Will definitely come back to make more memories!!! Thanks Dwayne for everything!

The privacy and combination of amenities this home provides are hard to beat. The views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from the first floor living area, from the pool area and surrounding patio/deck, and from the second floor master bedroom are breathtaking. Pictures don't do it justice. The sandy pathway through the dunes behind the home, along with the lush plants and pine and palm trees gives it a very tropical feel. Our group consisted of my wife and I, our two thirtyish kids, their spouses, and our three grandchildren, and the layout of the house was perfectly suited for everyone. Based on our wonderful experience, we'll certainly be recommending this house to others, and we'll likely book it again for another future family vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were as described with the added Murphy bed in the den that we had somehow missed. The house was immaculate, and the property manager left some fresh fruit and flowers, which was a nice touch. The property manager was awesome. We lost internet and tv, and he made calls to make sure we got it restored, which was helpful as we had people trying to work remotely. I would definitely stay here again if I had a large group….we had 7 adults and 2 children.

My family had a wonderful ten days at this property. The house was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy. The best part was it’s access to the beach and it’s location in a quiet neighborhood. The only downsides were that the pool was a little too chilly and the downstairs master could use some blackout curtains. We’d stay again though because Longboat is so special, and it’s difficult to find many homes that have such great beach access.

This property is fabulous. The sunsets every night and the quick walk to the beach made for a wonderful vacation. The rooms are plenty large especially the upstairs master. The kitchen includes everything you need and the outdoor deck was delightful at nighttime. We had small children with us and it was nice to be able to run up from the beach with them as needed. The beach is literally just a few steps from the house! Property manager was very attentive!

So glad we found this house, the stunning property, beach, and excellent management made for a really wonderful family trip. While staying here in late August, we rarely saw more than a few people on the beach, and often were the only ones out. The house is beautiful, very clean, with comfortable and functional common areas and the master suites are truly glamorous. The huge windows and sliding doors give beautiful views of the beach. Never felt crowded with 4 adult couples.

We had the best week just enjoying the quiet and the beach. Everyone said we should stay here again. You can’t beat the location and the house was perfect for our needs. We loved the pool (except for the mosquitoes), the beach walks, the amazing shell finds, and just floating in the water. The property manager helped with whatever we asked about and was so very kind. Definitely will return.

It's our second year staying at this property and we love it. This beutiful home is located on a quiet street with just few homes and the beach is within in a few feet. Becuase their a few provate homes and no condos it feels like your onw private beach. The pool is a great feature to have. Their is a closet with assorted games as well as a ping pong and fuss ball table in the garage as well as bikes and a kayak. The home is well supplied with everything you need and if ther is soenmthing you need, the property manger Dwayne is a phone call away. This is a great home for a large family stay and a great opportunity to relax and enjoy the beautiful views, sunset, pool and beach. We look forward to our next stay.

We were more than pleasantly surprised with our home away from home. The pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. The pool was huge and clean and we spent many hours floating and even night swimming. The beach is gorgeous. The water was discolored and not very inviting due to red tide for the first part of the week, but toward the end it cleared up and was a beautiful clear turquoise color. We spent our last evening floating in the gulf waters watching sunset. Gorgeous! Fresh fruit and flowers greeted us when we arrived and the view from the front door took our breath away. The upstairs master was unbelievable. Our family of 6 (4 daughters ages 15-25) had plenty of room to spread out. The furnishings were very nice as was the true chef’s kitchen. Long boat key is a very quiet mostly residential island, away from nearby Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key, but close enough to enjoy the bars, shopping and restaurants of the more touristy neighbor islands. Can’t wait to go back!

This home has a great view and easy access to a gorgeous beach.Great, well stocked kitchen and big dining room table. Comfortable couches and chairs with lovely view. Comfortable beds. Dwayne, property manager is very responsive. Beach is quiet and the sunsets are amazing. Also, heated big pool. We all loved our vacation there.
