I love the location right on the beach and the layout of the house is just perfect. The deck is great for whale and dolphin watching and the views are magnificent.
The matress in the master bed room is hard and not very comfortable. Everything else is great

It's definitely in need of some TLC but the feel of the house was so lovely it more than made up for it. Although the shower head rusted off and almost hit my 6 year old in the head.

Very comfortable bed, and layout was right on what we were looking for!

Poor customer service from Pacific Palms real estate, wrong access keys given for rental property, my wife and I had to clean the kitchen, bathroom, all door handles and hand rails with antiseptic wipes.The east facing flyscreens have large holes big enough for small birds to enter.
