The club lounge facility and staff were amazing. Food in the lounge was of a high standard. The room was spacious and good views.

The process at the main entrance door is very chaotic. The doormen do not open the heavy doors for all guests only certain guests. They are busy engaging in conversation with themselves. I have highlighted this ok my previous stay as well but it hasn’t changed.

Sehr schöner Blick auf Posporus in einem sehr gepflegten Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr gutes Essen und sehr gut auch das Restaurant Nobu im Hotel. Perfekt war Hr. Adem, ein Taxifahrer vom Hotel - unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Eine Empfehlung für alles Gäste, die ein Taxi für diverse Fahrten benötigen.

- Room has partial view of Bospherous and can see Dolmabache. Love the space and coziness of bathroom which has nice branded amenities. - Breakfast has the good spread ( not too many and not too few). Staff at breakfast is energetic and efficient. It was busy when we booked and they manage it very well.

- Location : It is in the central location but to walk from hotel to sightseeing place or to public transit. We need to walk down/up the slope for 5-7 minutes and go around a building to get to hotel main entrance. Having said that, it is very convenient to walk down to Domabache palace and along the street where we can access the metro.

Good location. Overall nice property

1. Only stated 2 nights and on one of the nights got no sleep because there was a party in the restaurant outside of our room until 4am with very loud thumping music. The hotel knew about this party and the noise and still decided it was a good idea for us to be located in that room. I had ear plugs and still could hear the music; 2. We had a Hammam treatment and between the three of us were charged add one totalling 150 Euros simply for having Shea butter cream applied at the end of the treatment. No advance warning was given of this extra charge which was extortionate for a minutes application of cream; 3. We were not allowed to enter the lower entrance of the hotel simply because we had checked out and didn’t have the room keys as a result but still had to collect our luggage from the hotel. We had evidence in luggage tags and receipts but still the security staff made us walk around the hotel and up the hill for another 5 minutes instead of getting the lower ground entrance where we could have got a lift up to reception.

A beautiful hotel in a terrific location. It was walking distance to many attractions as well as the tram line. The room we had, had the most stunning views! The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Sadly the pool area and restaurant on that level was closed for renovations so nowhere to sit outside and relax.

Albergo che è un vero 5 stelle, e Ritz non smentisce, posizione ottima vicino alla metro, la colazioni impeccabile trovi tutto e ancora di più io faccio questo mestiere da anni e posso dire che li vale tutti non hai sorprese anzi in meglio, letto comodo possibilità di cambiare cuscino, il caffè in camera lo caricano 2 volte al gg, che dire d'alto TOP

Long wait for elevator at times

The lock in of room was broken for 11 days, we had go go down 3 times a day to ask foe a new jp.

Our room was not cleaned one day until -0.39 pm. We had to call housekeeping.

Das Ritz-Carlton ist eine Klasse für sich. Bei Ankunft wurden wir super freundlich von den sehr kompetenten Mitarbeitern in Empfang genommen. Unser Wunsch nach einem frühen Check-In wurde berücksichtigt und ermöglicht. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war alles super und auch das Frühstück war toll und an alles wurde gedacht. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer mit direktem Bosporus Blick waren einfach wunderschön. Ich werde auf jeden Falls wieder kommen!

Falls es was Negatives gibt dann wirklich nur die Lage der Unterkunft mitten im hügeligen Gebiet, was es notwendig macht jedes Mal einen Anstieg zu bewältigen wenn man zu Fuß kommt.

Частичный вид на Босфор - это вид только из одной самой крайней части окна. Вся остальная площадь окна открывает вид на окрестности. Расположение очень удачное, чтобы добраться до метро Таксим или до улицы Истикляль, но для этого нужно будет подняться в гору. А также в пешей доступности Дворец Долмабахче и остановка трамвая. Ежедневная уборка номера - высший класс.

Душ в ванной разбрызгивал воду во все стороны.

Das Ritz in Istanbul, wie immer, überragend. Vor Allem das Frühstück ist unglaublich.

Nichts zu bemängeln

Die Lage und die Ausstattung ist perfekt gewählt. Es ist sehr zentral und das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt.

Das Personal ist sehr enttäuschend, weil alles sehr oberflächlich und nicht echt wirkt. Sehr Schade. Zudem war ich 2x im Spa und man hat mir 4x die Gebühr dafür belastet. Um das zu klären, musste ich 38 Minuten beim Check out warten.

the position is not really good. you definitely need a taxi for getting to the main places in Istanbul. the hotel is on a hill and it requires some fatigue to get there by walking, from Sisli for example.

Pulizia e Staff, con la preenza di scarafaggi e cattivo odore nel bagno mi sarei aspettato una diversa attenzione da parte dello staff. Mai più li !

The staff 'ladies and gentlemen' as they are called are absolutely amazing, nothing is too much trouble. The club lounge was outstanding with free drinks including alcohol from 12.30pm till 10pm. With food throughout the day. My suite 'the Istanbul suite was the best thing I've seen in a long time.

The food in. The restaurant wasn't cooked well, overcooked chicken, bit very pleasing. It also says there is a balcony... there isn't. It's more of a very small glass box with no access to the outside.
