Clean and spacious appt, close to amenities, but disappointed with the lack of onsite facilities.

Clean and quiet apartment. Friendly and hospitable staff.

Alot of facilities closed especially outdoor pool and bathing area. Bedroom TV, balcony light and heating not working. Shaded balcony (very cold).

Cheap and nice

People working in Porto Azzuro are very kind. Our apartment was very big, almost too big. We booked one bedrom apartment and we had 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms were nice, renovated. The location of the hotel is great, just by the sea and there is a nice shop nearby. There is also a parking space just outside of the hotel for free. Overall it is ok for the price you pay. There is water heater, microwave, refrigerator, freezer,..

We were in the room 511 and it doesn't have any view - you just look in the building (in the photo you can see our "view". It is also very loud if someone sits and talks outside. In our room you could also hear the elevator at night. The equipment is a bit dated. It would be great if there would be more kitchenware in the kitchen. There is a small balcony with only one chair and a little table. If you are travelling more than 2 people I do not advise you this apartment because 2 people will need to sleep on the couch in the living room and it is very very uncomfortable. They have a pool inside but unfortunately water is cold.

Its was not good stay.

The location of the property is really good, nearby to bus station and the mini market is wonderful. The building is abit old and also the bedsheets and furniture are old. The housekeeping is not regularly. The staff are very friendly specially the young boy Uros is very friendly and helpfully.

Very pleasant.

The outdoor pool was really nice. Also very friendly staff, always available and ready to help. The market and bus station are very close, which is a big plus.

The apartment could have a more fully equipped kitchen with more cooking and food preparation utensils (we only had a bread knife).

Very nice location, very nice pool.

Pool is nice, location is just fine and quiet, recommendable.

Just room given. I asked the receptionist to give us another room but that didn't happen. And I have a lung problems and I am avoiding moisture which is present in a room since there is no sun whole day. Room 109 should not be charged 100% and future guests should be warned that it is completely under the ground with specific smell.

we don't want to come back to this house, which is not really a hotel

there was not really much, what we liked there. ok, the staff was really friendly and helpful. and there's a pool outside and one small pool inside. not more.

the room was shabby and the floor and the furnitures were absolutely worn out. there was no room service just once a week (only on Friday) and this just because we've asked for. the refrigerator was so loud, we have to put him out for sleeping. this is not a hotel with 3 stars.

The staff were very nice. And very helpfull

Advertise as having bar, mini market, and pool bar. Bar in hotel never open for the week. Mini market closed and pool bar only open for 2 days in the week.

We loved it!

The staff was amazing, anytime we needed something they were open and helped us! The room, the kitchenette and the bathroom were clean and well-equipped.

Cleaning, towels changing in 4-5 days. The indoor pool needs a good cleaning! But he had in the apartment facilities to clean the room itself.

Large room with balcony, well-equipped kitchen(toaster, microwave, etc), comfortable bed. Wifi work properly.

Very good

Nice, cosy, and very clean, they are changing sheets and making rooms every day. The room was large, with a balcony and pretty view, a comfortable bed. There is both an open and indoor pool in the hotel and gym. They can arrange different tours and sightseeing for you during your stay. Staff was helpful and friendly, especially one guy from Serbia, Uros, who helped me a lot. Good value for money.

Walls are thiny so you can hear conversation and what is happening in the room next to you. Location is bad for exploring Malta using public transport. The station is across the road, but buses are rear, and you must use a lot of connections to go to other parts of the island, so if the purpose of your stay is sightseeing it's better to stay somewhere in Valletta.

Lovely, cozy, homely hotel open to everything.

When booking, I asked for a room with either landscape or sea view and I got a room where both could be seen - Thank you very much for this welcome! I deliberately chose a place that was away from the noise and after the adventures, I was always happy to return to my cozy room surrounded by silence. Public transport from the hotel provides excellent connections throughout Malta and Gozo and a direct link to the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I will definitely visit you again and thank you very much!

Very good

I am staying there second time. First was better, they upgraded room for me, second time they were fully booked, so no option. In general good hotel for the price with nice location.

Second year at the reception i met woman who is not friendly at all, probably from UK. Don't know why they don't replace her. But second guy (i think from Moldova), he is super nice and helpful.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and personable and it was extremely good value for money. The bathroom was particularly comfortable

It got a bit cold in the room at night. It was mid January and thicker or extra blankets would have been warmer.

Old humble but nice hotel

I had a very pleasant stay and very comfy bed.

My TV had only Maltese channels. The Italian and English were not available. By mistake my room was not ready upon arrival so I had to wait to get it ready.

Pleasant

The location is nice, with a view on the bay; the rooms are spacious

The pool area is messy, there's lots of constructions around the hotel & also there is a bird park right next to it, so it's very noisy in the morning; couldn't really rest or feel like I'm on a holiday, there's something missing there
