Just the view

It was dirty torn bedding stained bedding. We should have been there for 2 weeks but left after a week I asked for a refund but wasn't given one so had to pay for another week at other apartments.

Excellent Value for Money Apartment - spacious, clean and comfortable.

Very clean and very spacious apartment, with nice grey tiling throughout. Neat kitchenette for preparing some meals contained a kettle, microwave, two ring cooker and a fridge. There was enough crockery and potter for 3/4 [people/. Copious number of towels. Pool outside door almost. Staff members were carefully making over each apartment after guest departure and in preparation for incoming guests. Weekly barbeque at sister hotel across the road for nominal fee - was an enjoyable social poolside evening. Only minutes from shops and a few minutes further to restaurants and bars.

For my liking the beds were low - but a lovely bedroom! Spacious clothes storage available, and massive open wardrobe in the common are between bedroom and bathroom.

The apartment was lovely. So spacious inside.

Lots of noise from others banging doors, shouting and playing loud music during the early hours till 530 in the morning. Was not good to say we were only there one night.

Apartment was only cleaned twice in 2 weeks , excessive noise from neighbours and when messaged not even a reply.

A very enjoyable stay ample room in apartment and very clean nice and quaint surroundings.

not enough sun parasols around the pool and the ones that were there a few were broken, as it was very hot couldnt sit for long round the pool because of this.

Overall it was lovely, very peaceful and relaxing, in a great location.

Location was fantastic, pool and surroundings very clean, sea view was a bonus.

Pillows could have been a little bigger and comfier, rooms are very dated,

We stayed in this apartment for four weeks, we had a comfortable stay, the pool area is lovely and well looked after. T

The property was spacious, bright and clean.

Only thing it lacked for us was hooks for towels in the bathroom and a long mirror. As we were there in February it would have been nice to have had a heated pool.

My room wasn't ready when I got there put me in another appointment for one night went back and my room still wasn't ready I had to come back in a couple of hours the front door wouldn't close properly they was a a big gap under the front door TV channels was all in Spanish witch I reported and I used the same bedding for one week no cleaner I'm a unhappy person I won't be coming back

We really enjoyed our stay at this property

The property was bright and spacious and very clean on arrival. It was lovely and quiet but yet within easy reach of all amenities one could need. We are not pool people but it looked very good and was well maintained

OOur only worry was the cleaning was a bit hit and miss during our stay and beds could have been a bit more comfortable.

Wonderful Christmas stay. Everyone very friendly. Vinnie is real professional and we appreciate her attitude to job. Clean renovated apartment with terrace and nice view. Pool nice and clean even though not heated it was possilbe to bath in December. Enough of sunbeds (always some of them empty). Nearby to main square and supermarket. Parking with no problem. Nice walk to all beaches. Apartment and bathroom very spacious. Wifi fine, safebox included. Overall we had woderful stay and felt very welcome.

What we were missing was hairdryer and handsoap (not a big problem) as we had our shower gels. I would recommend to change the couch in the living room as it was very uncomfortable to sleep on it (tight matress and bad grid).

Perfect apartment for short and long workation in Costa Teguise, nice pool and surroundings!

The property greeted me in the apartment lobby, where I picked up the keys and was given a tour. Seamless and effective. The apartment was clean and tidy, WIFI is perfect to work from (two people having calls at the same time, 0 issues!). Nice pool, also clean and sunny. Def. worth the money!

There is no proper cleaning service, just the working guy who comes and change the towels and sheets every 3-5 days. Nothing too bad as we use to clean pretty often, but if you don't ask for the cleaning, it won't happen.
