Stunning 3 br luxury townhouse with delightful ocean views situated in the most requested location in Lorne. Enjoy a truly relaxing holiday with no driving required. This fantastic location is only a short stroll to the main beach, restaurants and supermarket with no steep hills to climb. Enjoy a glass of champagne whilst relaxing in the spa or on the balcony, taking in the lovely ocean views. Free Wi-Fi and Netflix is also provided to watch your favourite shows. Bel-Air caters exclusively to holiday makers requiring superior accommodation with modern ammenities. The separate downstairs teenage retreat with full size TV and sound system provides extra space for the kids and privacy for the parents. Reverse cycle air conditioning allows you to keep cool in summer and warm in winter plus a cosy wood heater provides the perfect ambience for that special winter holiday. Facilities Bel-Air is equipped with the latest state of the art facilities for your comfort and enjoyment. The master bedroom has an ensuite and queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed with bunks in bedroom 3. Linen hire is available on request. Other facilities include, spa bath, TV (Upstairs living, downstairs rumpus), DVD, Blue Tooth Sound System, fully equipped granite kitchen with dishwasher, BBQ, washing machine and dryer, table tennis and lock up garage. We enjoyed our short mid week stay in Lorne at this property.
Had plenty of room for multiple guests and is close walking to main strip and beach.
Has a few stairs and internal level stairs to be weary of for little kids.

The location was great but the stay could have been better....
The emailed code to respond to the host was invalid on each of 6 attempts to respond.
The floors and bathrooms were clean, but the house was pretty dusty. The outdoor areas were not clean.
The TV did not work and we got 2 half empty toilet paper rolls for 5 adults for a 2 night stay.

What a beautiful house to stay in at Lorne… in an amazing spot, short walk to Main Street & beach. We instantly felt at home, had everything we needed, enjoyed bbq breakfasts on the balcony overlooking the tree tops & ocean in the background. Just magical! Noel was so accommodating & lovely to deal with. Thank you for a beautiful stay, we would definitely recommend.

The layout of the house, the location and the view was great. The cleanliness was poor, the linen needs replacing, the bedrooms need fans and the cold water doesnt work on the washing machine.

Good stay. Given time of year could have had more kindling and firewood brought up to house. Linen would have been good to have been provided but we managed to BYO. Very close to shops and main strip. Would definitely stay again.

The perfect holiday house
We absolutely loved our stay and were so pleased with the set up of the house. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very tidy and we felt at home. The fire place was lovely and the spa bath was perfect for the chilly weather.
We would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Lorne and it’s in a great location.
The communication with the owners was great and they were really clear with all the information!
Overall great experience and we would love to stay again!

Hedge along the driveway needs pruning and some soap for the shower, more toilet paper and tissues would be nice. Otherwise, great place

Our family of 5 recently stayed at Bel-Air for 5 nights. Apart from the luck of hitting a whole week of perfect weather in late June, the house itself was really great. Plenty of room for all of us, and a great location just a short walk from the main street (although quite steep to get back up the street, the driveway, and the stairs to the front door).
Nice fireplace which we lit every night, Netflix etc...we will definitely stay here again if we have another holiday in the area.

Our family of 5 recently stayed at Bel-Air for 5 nights. Apart from the luck of hitting a whole week of perfect weather in late June, the house itself was really great. Plenty of room for all of us, and a great location just a short walk from the main street (although quite steep to get back up the street, the driveway, and the stairs to the front door).
Nice fireplace which we lit every night, Netflix etc...we will definitely stay here again if we have another holiday in the area.

Weeknd away
Life saving State senior champianships canceled so went for a break from the stress. Beautifull family loved it. Clen perfect setting cockatoo near by loves it

Excellent property
We recently stayed with my sister and her family from the UK. The property is clean, comfortable and very close to all local amenities. The owner also allowing a late check out and early check in. Would highly recommend

A little dated and in need of a clean.
We stayed 2 nights in Lorne and was a little disappointed with the overall cleanliness amd presentation of the Bel Air.
Cob webs in the showers, outdoor table had bird poop and tree litter on it.
Had to make the beds and the linin is all fairly old and some was not as clean as it could have been.
We had to be pretty vigilant in washing anything we used beforehand in the kitchen as most of the glasses and cutlery are pretty grimy.
The first bedroom has a musty smell.
With a spring clean and update this would be an amazing place.
"No steep hills to climb" is a bit of a stretch. My dad who has had a hip replaced found the hill from town and also the very steep driveway and steps difficult.
Apart from the hill the location was amazing!!! It was beautiful out on the balcony looking out over the trees and to the water.
A little spruce and update would do wonders for this place.

Very clean, superbly equipped and located very close to everything. We had such a lovely time staying at Bel-Air and will return for sure. Thanks Noel for being such a friendly and helpful host.

Overall it was a nice, comfortable stay.
Aircon for the would be a good addition. Two pillows would have been great per person. These are only constructive come for improvement. Overall a very good product. Thank you!
