La posizione è ottima, staff molto gentile e disponibile.
L’odore di chiuso della stanza, la puzza di fogna del bagno, dovrebbero prendere dei provvedimenti sicuramente.

Staff were super friendly! Great location (in the nice part of the riad where you won’t get hassled). They made us mint tea on arrival and everything was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was nice
One member of staff approached us while we were sitting relaxing and demanded we pay the city tax NOW. This was very rude and unnecessary. This was in the middle of our stay and until then nothing had been mentioned about the need to pay. It was upsetting to be approached like that. At checkout we had to deal with him again.
It was only one member of staff who was rude but it ruined our experience.
Also, the pool was very cold during our visit (in April). We asked if we could use the shower next to the pool and were told (by the same member of staff) no, that it was for private hammam users only. Instead we had to go up two flights of stairs, out across the roof to our room for a warm shower. Not ideal if wet and cold!
There are better and cheaper places to stay in Marrakech. I wouldn't recommend this one.

Everything since the welcome with the tea was great, but dinner was TOP.

The staff were exceptional helpful. We really enjoyed the Hammam and massage. We loved the special dinner. The staff went out of their way to organise tours for us and purchase things we needed. The roof terrace is beautiful and so was the room

Great location. The Riad is is very peaceful and homely once you're inside. Drawback: we didn't find the bed that comfortable. Overall offers good value for money.

it is a cozy small-scale Riad with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere, in the middle of the medina but in a quiet part

We really enjoyed our stay at the Riad Diana in September. The breakfast was lovely, we did not have dinner there but Youssef was really helpful in recommending a restaurant around the corner that had traditional Moroccan musicians and a belly dancer - best tagine I had tasted. The Riad is in the centre of the Medina but it is in a quiet location, I would probably recommend the hotel picks you up from the airport. Our room was lovely and the Riad has a lovely family feel to it, and walking distance to everywhere.
Nothing, it was all great

Great location - once you get your bearings. Delicious meal (provided on request) for evening of arrival - would certainly recommend. Hosts really helpful in booking restaurants, taxis etc. Lovely cool little pool - perfect for a dip after a hot day in Marrakech.
The smell coming up from the shower - but this is pretty common in Marrakech and you just need to remember to leave the plug in. Also being unexpectedly charged for tea on the penultimate day. Obviously not a huge expense, but when you've been in Morocco for a couple of days, being charged 120DH for something that is offered for free pretty much everywhere you go leaves a bit of a nasty taste.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Iman on the front desk let us check in 2 hours early and was so polite. The manager, Abu Jumuah always greeted us with a smile and made it feel like a second home. Youssef who worked the night shift always made the best mint tea and kept me company during the evening. The room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were both clean and spacious and we always felt very comfortable and safe. The shower was great and the water was really hot.
The riad had a pool which was great for dipping your feet in during the evening. The breakfast was varied and delicious and one morning when I had woken up late, Youssef still arranged for me to have breakfast which was so kind. The team took very good care of mum too. I didn’t catch the name of the person cleaning our rooms but they were always beautifully set up and cleaned.
The riad was exceptional value for money and is very close to the main attractions. It’s around a 10 minute walk to the main square and very close to some great hamams, spas and local shops. I also arranged a great transfer from the airport to the riad. I would definitely recommend staying here for a great experience. We were very sad to leave after 4 nights here.
I would only make a couple of recommendations:
1. There was no card machine available. This was not too bad as we found a cash machine to take out money but it would be very useful to have one.
2. The toilet in the Arba Senior Suite was a little shaky. We asked for it to be fixed during our stay but it was still really wobbly
Otherwise, I look forward to returning and bringing my family. Thank you so much for making our stay extra special 😊

The Riad Diana is a traditional Riad located in a quiet street yet in the heart of City.
Location is excellent everything is within walking distance, main square, markets, restaurants, SPA's, souk, bars, tourist attractions such as palaces, tombs, museums and gardens.
Staff are exceptional, helpful, kind and polite. it started before we left for our holiday when we had to change flights and arrive 3 days earlier. an email and they sorted everything finding us our first night accommodation in their sister Riad the Viva and then sending information and booking us on a 3day trip to the Sahara [which was excellent]. they arranged for our suitcases to be transferred and waiting for us at the Riad Diana where we stayed for a further 7 nights.
We were totally relaxed and looked after in the Riad. A big thank you to Jouseff who sorted trips, taxis, made us a lovelly breakfast catering for the healthy appetites of our 3 teenage children, bringing us mint tea on the terrace at the end of the day, he really was a star.
Iman is lovely we had a cooking course with her one morning and she showed us how to make the obligatory lamb tagine and chicken couscous. she is friendly and down to earth.
Rashida kept the place clean and is very friendly.
The three of them made our holiday special and made us feel so at home in the Riad
I would recommend anyone who wants to book a Riad that they consider booking the Diana we would definitely stay there again. we were a family of 5 and mixed French and English.
nothing really but if I had a recommendation for the Riad it would be that they fit a thermostatic mixer tap on the shower as it was quite difficult to initially get the temperature set. the shower itself was huge and traditional looking and the water was great once you mastered the controls.

The riad and the room were simply beautiful. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast!

This was my third stay at Riad Diana and it has been great, just as my stays here before! This Riad is located in the heart of the Medina, very close to main square and souks, but is still very quiet in little a back alley. The rooms in 5be first floor are generous in size, lovely roof top Terrasse to enjoy a lovely breakfast, served always with a friendly smile by night staff Youssef, who is always attentive to wishes and needs.
Having said that, this attention to guests has to be extended to the two ladies at this Riad, Amen and Rachida, who are looking after guests
in an outstanding way and go the extra mile without any hesitation!
The bathroom of the basement / patio room is very tiny, no holder for soap in shower and not enough hooks for towels there.
