beautiful picturesque hotel. has indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi
main door closed at 11.00pm and we didn’t get a front door key on our room key

Very nice place, very clean and smelt, linen fresh all over the hotel, and very polite down to earth staff. Spacious room with a very comfy large bed. Great food. Great sea view having breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be back next time we travel to wollocombe. Highly recommended.
Personally, I would of liked to be a little closer to the main beach and hot spot ereas , but if you don't mind a 20 min walk it's a great spot ..right over looking the cliff edge.

Facilities were at a very high standard and the staff were so helpful. Location was perfect and able to park my car for free including before check in and after we checked out.
We paid extra for a sea view at it provided a big benefit

The location was perfect for my needs, rest, relaxation and refreshment. Menus offered good variety, all meals well cooked and presented. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

stunning hotel set onto the cliff top over looking the cove and beach. high class fixtures and fixing. conscientious hard working staff. exceptionally good food. limited spa facilities but adequate for our needs.
not enough spa facilities- some spa chairs and exercise equipment would have been good. No therapist

Excellent facilities, amazing location, comfy beds, luxury toiletries, excellent food although a bit pricey and beautiful lounge and bistro areas. The staff were incredible and the breakfast was top notch. We will definitely be making this an annual trip to remember our engagement.

This gem is situated on the coast. Ate breakfast with a gorgeous view of the sea. Breakfast was included in the price, luxury amenities throughout our stay with the option of using the swimming pool. The hotel was clean, cosy and made it the perfect stay! The staff were warm and welcoming.
Will pay the extra for a sea view room and make use of the swimming pool next time. Can’t wait to book again! What a beautiful last minute decision.
the car park was very steep with a low car it did bump going down into the car park which is unavoidable but just to let future guests know.

the staff generally were great ( waiting staff great. receptionist amazing and friendly) - let down by the lady in charge of the restaurant who was plain rude. not what you would expect for so much money.

Breakfast was very good and service was excellent.
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
The gutter was broken above bedroom window and couldn't open window as water would have come in.

Exceptional location and views, great hotel service.
The first room we were booked into was above the kitchen and accordingly smelling of it. The hotel personnel was super friendly though and offered to move us to a significantly nicer room with sea view on the other side of the hotel.
