La posizione, la tranquillità nonostante la via sottostante trafficata, la gentilezza del personale.

La mancanza di parcheggio per la moto. Si parcheggia in strada.

Would stay where again for lazy beach days

Very friendly staff, excellent location 20m from the beach and well designed for convenient beach days and leisure.

We had a room for 4 persons, or for a little tight with little space. Would have benefitted from two custom build bunk beds to leave more space for bags and clothes. But not a big issue

Perfect location for a great holiday destination ! Beach lounges are expensive but worth it.

Staff are so welcoming helpful and friendly. Changing room very good before and after our stay with luggage room no need for early or late check out, which is very good better than any big hotel i have stayed in. It is 3 star Hotel so do not build yourself in up for extravagance. But for us well situated in Juan Le Pin will 100% use this hotel the next time we visit which will be soon. A/C in the room showers powerful beds comfy.

Look if you want a swimming pool and high class breakfast and evening meal go somewhere else. Not that you would want that visiting Juan Le Pin as you have that in abundance outside of your hotel. Nothing to dislike.

Exceptional hotel with a great location!

The reception staff were exceptionally helpful. They helped us move a restaurant booking back due to our delayed flight and also helped us re-arrange an excursion which was cancelled at short notice. They also helped with storing our bags after we checked out and provided us with towels to shower when we came off the beach before our flight home. The hotel went above and beyond and I’m so grateful to them. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable and it was in an excellent location.

Disappointing

the location is good

It was such a noisy hotel, you could hear every door banging in every room next door or above, plus the rooms and corridors should all be painted white, the brown and pink is not a good combination

excellent location, great staff, great value hotel

location was amazing only a couple of minutes from beach. the breakfast was delicious with delicious home made jams. the rooms were clean and comfortable. excellent shower. comfortable beds. Also a small fridge and plenty of coat hangers that hang freely on the rail rather than those frustrating hotel ones that are attached to the hanging rail. Good airconditioning so the rooms were quiet and cool for sleeping with a great little balcony to sit on and put your wet beach clothes. The the staff make this place special. they were so helpful and friendly. definitely would come back! great value for money as well.

All excelled our expectation

Very good service and relaxed atmosphere. Proprietors were very helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean. Location was excellent right next to water front Continental breakfast set us up well for the whole day.

There was no tea making facility in the room.

Conviviality . The owners staff very friendly and helpful. Very differrent jn a positive sense from other cote d azur stiff atmosphere
