Absolutely amazing hotel

This hotel is pure amazing! I cant believe is only 1 star! Everything in room was BRAND NEW and EXTREMELY CLEAN !!! The bathroom was PERFECTLY CLEAN - PERFECTLY! I really enjoyed my stay there; the hotel is located absolutely BY THE BEACH - when you leave it you are on the main pedestrain walk and after that is the beach! The stuff is friendly, smiled, helpfull! Thank you so much for the great days and the comfartable enviroment.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room had a sea view and it was very refreshing. The breakfast selection was great and we enjoyed it. The property is a 15 min walk to the center and is on a really nice beach. The hosts were very friendly.

Perfect location, next to the beach and only 15 minutes from the old town. Family run hotel, everyone working here is friendly. Breakfast is good, room/ bathroom is cleaned each day. I recommend to stay.here, good value for your money.

The staff made me feel like I was an individual and not just another guest although I was of course.

The staff is really friendly and ready to help or just for a chat. I felt welcome from day one. The housekeeping is very good. And make an extra effort by folding towels in a shape and my pyjamas too. Breakfast was lovely. A lot of choice.

Basically every door I used I had problems with. The front door of the hotel is difficult to open. The same goes for my room door. And my room door was also making noise when I had the balcony door open. My shower door made a high pitched noise when closing or opening. Due to the rubber underneath that rubbed against the glass I believe. And I hate the fact that it is allowed for people to smoke on their balconies. I get sick of the smell and had to close my balcony door whenever someone smoked near my room.

We travelled with our 1 year old baby and the staff of the hotel made us feel at home. Maria helped us prepare baby food, the location was excellent, the hotel was very clean. If we'll be back in Chania, we know where to stay.

Lovely stay

Friendly small hotel in a fantastic location.

We stayed mid May and the restaurant wasn't open other than breakfast, but will open for high season. There are plenty within a very short distance though.

Fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

First of all, the hospitality is amazing, great location right at the end of a promenade full of restaurants and next to the beach.

twin beds with individual sheets and covers when I`m travelling with my wife. just pushed together with 2 single blankets. Wish they would accommodate for couples.

Frini hotel is an Incredible piece of paradise!

Everything was perfect! You are literally across the beach and have the view of the ocean from the balcony. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The sisters that run the hotel are amazing and extremely hospitable and the house keeper was so friendly and I always got left a flower on my bed. The location is incredible you really don’t get any better! I loved everything including the free delicious breakfast! It was also extremely clean. If you are deciding about this place definitely take it!

Very good

The staff was always helpful and polite. I liked my room, particularly the balcony with a table and two chairs. I also liked the shower, which was new and large.

The breakfast was good, but maybe it should include more sweets.

The hospitality was amazing and they were very kind and attentive. There was free breakfast as well included in our stay which was nice. Our room was cleaned every day and the view of the sea was beautiful from the balcony.

The staff in this small property is incredible. They are going the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as posible. The hotel is new, breakfast is great, beds are comfy, the beach is literally 20 metres far away. I cannot recommend it enough :)

Would recommend!!

Amazing hospitality!! The location is right by the beach where you can rent a sunbed for 4€. Nice breakfast and lots of restaurants nearby. A 20 min walk (if not faster) to the city (harbor, old town etc).

Cozy place, great atmosphere, nice loacation, reasons enough to come back

The 3 nice ladies that run the hotel, serve a great breakfast and continually renovate the place, lately the bar, dining area and the bar. Very nice! The beach right in front of the hotel.

Superb

We could upgrade to a ocean view. Excellent sunset on the balcony. Friendly helpful staff. The cleaning crew is super and left every day a little decoration on the bed. Good breakfast Great value.

WIFI is not working. According to staff they are in the process of upgrading.

Perfect beach location

Everything about the way we were treated from the start of our holiday until even all the sisters who run their family business saying good bye to us personally when we had to leave for the Airport.

Nothing the Hotel is family run and all staff are fantastic.

Relaxing and comfortable

Excellent location on the beach 15 mins walk from Chania old town with excellent basic facilities and staff.

Would prefer to serve ourselves at breakfast but canteen service may be necessary cos of Covid.

Facing the sea in front of the beach, this family establishment is very friendly and pleasant!

It's a short step onto the beach (just cross the street)! And it is a real pleasure when your room has a balcony facing out towards the sea!

Good location for a relaxing break

Excellent location, with a pleasant beach just in front of the hotel and within easy walking distance of the old town of Chania. The staff of this family-run hotel were friendly and helpful and were fully implementing Covid safety regulations. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine and I enjoyed good evening meals at the hotel during my stay.

An inexpensive gem in a great location

The rooms, whilst small, are perfectly, spotlessly clean, with a big fridge, a comfortable double bed and a balcony. The breakfast is tasty and simple, but exactly right to fuel the day. The beach is a skip across a very quiet road and the sea is pristine and warm
