Conveniently located 200 meters from Cowes’ centre this holiday home provides city comforts in a seaside setting. The tastefully decorated 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home boasts a welcoming beach house feel, allowing for a mix of indoor and outdoor living. One bedroom and bathroom are in an adjoining sleepout as seen in the photos. A perfect spot for teenagers or those needing extra privacy. All furnishings are beautifully appointed to match the unique style of this property. This property offers many perks for a comfortable stay, such as broadband, alfresco dining, open fireplace and large rear decking. For the young and young at heart there is a large separate games room with pool table, table tennis table and soccer table.. Put the car away and walk to shops and restaurants. Or stay at home with plenty of entertainment options for young and old alike. PLEASE NOTE: - There is a strict NO PARTY and no schoolies policy. Perfect for families or for groups aged 25 years+. Made up bedding with top & bottom sheets, pillowslips & towels can be provided if required for $30 per bed. Guests normally provide own linen of 2 sheets per bed. Extra pillows are available. Bathrooms: Bath 1: Ensuite to bedroom 1 with vanity, shower and toilet Bath 2: Shower over bath, double vanity & separate toilet Bath 3: Shower & vanity & separate toilet - in the sleepout. Location: An easy walk into the town centre takes you to a wonderful selection of quality restaurants, cafes, shops or a stroll along the picturesque beach and pier. In a quiet Cowes street. with an undercover childrens playground and oval nearby. AirConditioner x3 Wood Fire (wood supplied) For Weekend bookings, a complimentary late Checkout of 5pm Sunday or on public holidays apply when available. Minimum 2 night bookings Well behaved out door pets are welcome. Owners must clean up after their pets before departure. We all enjoyed our stay. Kilani is an older house but very comfortable & spacious. The photos need updating as they don't do this place justice. It is bigger than it appears.
We had three families stay with teenagers. The boys loved the pool table in the games shed. They also enjoyed staying in the 5th bedroom/large bungalow out the back. Short walk to shops and cafes. The kitchen was a bit small but well equiped with everything you would need to cater for larger groups. Hosts were easy to communicate with at all times. We will certainly stay again!

Thank you for offering such a fabulous, spacious & well appointed property. We could walk everywhere which was terrific as we burnt off the Easter eggs! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we could ask for. Games room had us in stitches as the grandparents hula hooped!

The property was as described and in a great position, backing onto a primary school with an amazing playground. I was expecting a more upmarket house for the amount I paid but perhaps my expectations were too high. The house is older but well equipped. The children enjoyed the games room and the hosts were available and quick to respond to an issue with a hot water service.

Thoughtful and comfortable
9 Adults, 3 children, a toddler, a baby and one dog and we all had space and places to rest or play. There are so many thoughtful extras - labelled kitchen cupboards, nightlights, games shed, outside undercover bbq and eating area, easy walk to town, lovely walk to beach (or drive to numerous other beaches and places), close to playgrounds. Clean, fresh on arrival. We all loved it!

Great location
We stayed at this place during the Easter long weekend. Our group was a large group consisting of 12 people and two small dogs. The place was very spacious and we all had enough room to move about without feeling too cramped. The photos really don't do justice to the place. FIvi and Raymond were very quick with responding to all our queries. The location was a plus. Walking distance to the RSL, Cowes beach , beer tasting, Super markets etc. Would love to stay at Kilani beach house again if we do get another opportunity. Definitely worth checking this house which is full of character.

But once we got there and entered the house, the place was better than expected.Cleanliness, The property was really clean and nicely set up.Check-inIt's a self check in process, we arrived at the property and the owner gave us clear instructions to enter the house, so it was really easy and hassle free. Communication Fivi & Raymond was really responsive, they reply to all my questions within an hour/the next day. they were really accommodating and flexible, I requested to check-in early and they were able to accommodate that. Location/Neighbourhood. The property was really close to town, it was within walking distance. We really enjoy the gaming room, it had all sorts of equipment's for us to use. It rained majority of the time that we stayed hence we used the gaming room alot. The kitchen was full equip, had a lot of difference spices, flour and other stuff.Only thing was missing for me was a blender so I could blend cocktails. (but that was alright I brought my own.)Beach house for the 4 single bed was located at the back of the property separate from the main house. It had it's own bathroom. Only thing is the toilet has a window which doesn't have blinds which freak me out a little at night. But overall it's a nice and spacious room. Thanks Fivi and Raymond for having us. It was a great family getaway.

A very cosy, confortable and spacious home in a great location
The house is very well equiped, offering a huge space, very usefull especially when you are a large group with teenaged kids! The separate big annexe and the game room are an important asset, very much appreciated. The kitchen is extraordinarely well fournished, with more than enough accessories and a well stocked pantry. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood within a short walking distance to supermarkets and central Cowes. We were very happy staying here and would highly recommend this family home.
