Toplocatie!

Accommodatie zeer schoon. Fijn waterapparaat op de kamer. Ik wist niet dat het menu veganistisch was in dit hotel. Voor mijn kinderen was er niet veel op de menukaart voor het ontbijt. Mijn kinderen hebben beide noten en pinda allergie en bijna alle gerechten waren met cashewmelk. Mijn man en ik hebben genoten van het ontbijt. Vooral de smoothiebowl en smashes avocado vonden we erg lekker. Voor de kinderen gingen we vervolgens ergens anders een ontbijtje scoren.

Wifi viel steeds weg en gehorige kamers (vooral het geschuif van stoelen op terras boven ons). Het water apparaat maakt in de nacht ineens geluid en er gaat een felle lamp op knipperen. Hierdoor werd ik regelmatig wakker. Laatste nacht stekker uit apparaat gehaald.

Son emplacement dans la ville.et son style traditionnel

La chambre 16 à fuir absolument ! Elle donne sur la rue avec un restaurant ayant de la musique en live. C'est comme s'il était dans votre chambre😡 et la rue est utilisée par les scooters Petit déj sur le balcon avec vue sur les murs et les cables. Très déçue. J'avais choisi cet hôtel pour les commentaires centre ville et au calme. En effet c'est en centre ville, mais calme absolument pas,!! Et la vue horrible. Cette chambre ne devrait pas être reservable.

Beautiful pampering hotel

Beautiful hotel ,great staff, very well maintained, beautiful pool. Great location in the center. We felt pumpered and well taken care of.

In one of the rooms (room 13 I think) Live music in the restaurant close by could be a bit of a bother and there is a school with some noise also but we got used and fond of the voices.

Great choice

In the middle of the action yet down a lane so tranquil once there. Staff were amazing, breakfast beautiful, good Bali vibe. Loved everything. Travelling 4 countries for 2 months and this was best experience by far.

A little noisy if you like early nights/sleep in but staying in town that’s unavoidable. Staying further out involves transport hassle (renting scooters is very risky wait till you see the traffic madness) and also roosters crowing before dawn!

Gayatri was a nice contrast to the luxury resort I came from. It is more traditional Balinese.

Great spot just off Monkey Forest, down far enough to be away from the hustle bustle of the street. A nice restaurant across the way offered live music each evening, a nice plus. Room was small, older, and nicely appointed, clean enough. Each room has a dining area on the porch which I really enjoyed. Nice pool. Delicious breakfast every morning. The best coffee :) Friendly and helpful staff, always busy! I enjoyed my stay.

Perfect Location

Great location, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was AMAZING and many choices to choose from. Large range of other vegan meals available also.

Exceptional

This is probably the best hotel I stayed in Bali, phenomenal vegan breakfast, nice and clean specious rooms! The hotel located right in the center of everything, gorgeous temple like architecture and best value for money! The stuff is super friendly and helpful will highly recommend this gem!

The only thing to take in consideration that there is no direct way to get dropped off and picked up by a car because the hotel is in an ally reached by scooter only, but the stuff is super helpful to accommodate that.

Balinese tradition, warmness and Decor at its finest

It was pure heaven, traditional Balinese from start to finish. The lady at check in was incredibly lovely and then all the staff to follow were equally good. The Kombucha they had in the mini bar was the best I’ve ever had. They refilled water bottles. The bed was so comfortable with fantastic pillows (I have a very bad neck, so these things really stand out). I saw a shooting star on my last night. The gardens and pool are immaculate also. It is just literally Balinese heaven.

Nothing not to like, it’s Bali personified and I felt like a princess.

Lovely room, friendly staff and really tasty breakfast delivered to your room.

School starts early in Ubud and the noise from the nearby school serves as a 7am alarm clock on weekdays

This old style Balinese (but modernised) accomodation right in the heart of town was just what we were looking for. Friendly staff, brilliant breakfasts, lovely rooms. We'll be back for sure.

Best Hotel in Ubud

Everything! Awesome location and beautiful hotel and wonderful, friendly staff. I'm going to stay here again for sure!

Nothing to fault I even liked the frogs croaking at night! It's all part of the experience.

location behind a school which has a tanoid system loudly teaching children. I got a ground floor room with no view or light. much better rooms are available are the hotel.

Beautiful hotel with excellent food and service in central Ubud

breakfasts were amazing. the location was in central Ubud but was very quiet and felt far from the traffic and noise of the town. the staff was very helpful. the rooms were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

We picked the Gayatri for its location, was suprised to find out it was vegan but the free breakfast choices for my husband and I was amazing. Price was good value and we choose a room with 2 double beds and balcony. So very happy with all the staff we meet, they have a tip jar that goes to everyone who works there :) Laundry service is cheap and fast. Close to shopping restraunts and spas +++

Excellent location with exceptional Service.

Gayatri was fantastic. The service I received here was exceptional. Having stayed at many hotels of big chains across the globe I would rate Service at Gayatari the best I have ever received. From Check-in with Wulan to daily interaction with Puspa, Ayu or Cyntia for our needs, the response we got was polite and immediate. Full marks to them.

Although their breakfast was Vegan which is supposedly good for us vegetarians but for my children it was a kind of no options as without milk or cornflakes it completely blocked their choices. Also for my room which was on the GF the AC was kind of ineffective but still manageable. Infact the way Gayatri is located and surrounded by full vegetation they should also make provisions of fans in the room. This will certainly reduce the usage of Aircons overall. Just a suggestion.

Amazing stay. Have recommended to friends already and will be back.

The staff were amazing - very approachable, helpful and sweet. Often went out of their way to help. The breakfast was clearly cooked to specific orders with fresh ingredients and was always prepared on time with the utmost care. The pool was clean and all amenities were provided.

There is no lift. It wasn't a problem for me but if anyone needs a more accessibility-friendly room, you should probably ask ahead for a room on the ground floor.
