Quiet, and close enough the main bit

Clean, modern.. nice pool and big rooms. The cafe on the side is lovely for coffee and breakfast / lunch. Go there, Don’t waste your time wondering around in the heat, that’s the best there is for at least a 20 minute walk

Exceptional

The receptionists were so friendly and helpfull. The room was quiet large. Everyting was like in the pictures. The beach and the main road was in walking distance (15 mins)

Almost Perfect

Large, high-standard, and well-equipped room. Pool area is also pleasant. Location is great - quiet but central with reasonable walking distance to the main locations in Patong. Staff is friendly, helpful and speaks good English.

The external balcony had been unusable, since there were no chairs and the air conditioner kept dripping there. It was difficult to eat or drink coffee in the room, since it had one small shelf and one chair, and no table. Hotel policy is to change bedlinen every 3 days, which is inconvenient when one returns from the sandy beach.

Very disappointed

Spacious room, nice pool, we didn’t mind the 25 minute walk to the beach but you should bare it in mind.

Not one to write negatively but the vibe we got from the staff was just unacceptable. Very unhelpful and patronising. We also had ants in our room (I know it’s Thailand but I’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels and not had ants all over my room). The bathroom smelt of drains, and the safe didn’t work. I also don’t think it was value for money at all.

Boutique hotel w clean and spacious rooms on quiet street near center

We stayed in a 4-person family room. The hotel is very clean, room was spacious and comfortable.

The mattresses are quite hard.

Very good

Loved the pool, the huge family room, and the location. Great to be out of the major hustle of Patong enough for quiet.

The staff weren't very friendly and the beds were very firm.

Very spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, AC, shower and wifi all worked well. Helpful staff. Very near mall, supermarket, restaurants and bars yet quiet in the room at night.

Nice, clean and big room. Decent location.

Room was hot. A/c wasnt working properly. Told the staff about it however they didnt seem to care. Balcony was small and not a good view. I asked them to change it but they said i booked tis view.🙄 Like how wud i see view on booking.com

Clean,comfortable, wide, big room with car parking. Air conditioner and toilet flush to be improved.

Overall is fine with the reasonable price. Clean, comfortable, wide and big room for 3-4 pax. The car parking is provided behind the hotel by passing by a narrow road, which is fine with the reasonable price given.

However, the air conditioner is not working well and the toilet flush have some is problem. After complaint on the toilet flush, they've fixed it accordingly. However, there is no breakfast ready which was mentioned in Booking.com.

Best "value for money" choice!

Very kind staff, everyday room cleaning, coffee tea water! Breakfast-lunch next to hotel! Very quiet area! 500m-1000m to mall, Bangla road, Patong beach.. Thank you Mina, So, Tuk and all the stuff!😎
