Its the perfect location for your families retreat with a patrolled beach and bus stops a short stroll away. Unit 2/93 The Parade, Ocean Grove..... Welcoming and well-lit, this double storey home boasts an open plan kitchen/living/dining area, main queen bedroom & ensuite downstairs, whilst upstairs features an additional open plan living tv area, a further 2 bedrooms- Queen & Single with an adjoining bathroom, shower and toilet. Comfort is guaranteed during your Summer or Winter escape, this well appointed immaculate home is air conditioned and heated throughout. Outdoors offers a paved bar-b-que area surrounded by manicured lawns, a quiet, private escape for you to enjoy in the heart of Ocean Grove. (At this point in time 'Gable Grove' does not accommodate any pets.) For your convenience each bed has a Doona, Doona Cover, Pillows, Pillow and mattress protectors provided. Please BYO bed linen -bottom & top sheet & pillow cases- unless you would like us to provide bed linen for an additional charge of $20.00 per person- please advise us no later than 2 weeks prior to your stay. Whilst we encourage guests to BYO Bath towels/mats, these too can be provided for an additional charge of $15.00 per person- please advise us no later than 2 weeks prior to your stay. Cherie is a fabulous host. The property is immaculate and you can't get a better location. Great for 2 couples as there are 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms. Nice outdoor space to enjoy a cup of tea, a glass of wine and BBQ. Walk everyone you need to only ..... 2 minutes to the main street! If you're heading to Ocean Grove, do yourself a favour and book this place!

Had a wonderful stay. Home is in the perfect location, 100 meters to shopping strip and cafes and 500m to surf beach. Home is well appointed with comfy beds. Cherie was a fantastic host and great communicator. Definitely recommend this property, fantastic value for money.

The property is very clean and neat, with 3 good size bedrooms. Near to amenities, Coles, restaurants, beach, all within walking distance. We were planning to have BBQ on the 2nd night, but being winter, it got dark early, and there wasn't good lighting at the BBQ pit. Ended up cooking those BBQ food instead. Would be good if the area is better lit. Will book again in future if going that way.

Stayed at Gable Grove for 3 nights for a golfing trip. The house was perfect for our needs, very comfortable and clean. Walking distance to supermarket and shopping centre and less than 15 minute drive to golf courses.

We stayed at Ocean Grove for a family wedding and shared the house with our daughter and her family. We loved the location with shops and cafes close at hand as well as a park for the kids and the beach as well. It was also great that there were two separate living areas upstairs and down. The kitchen was a great size and stocked with everything we needed. The BBQ also came in handy and the outdoor area would be greater in the warmer weather. Our only criticism would be that the water pressure in the showers was very low and took quite a while for the water to heat up. We also found used coffee pods in the coffee machine which should have been emptied by the previous guests. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Fabulous location. We loved the house fabulous design. However the beds were not up to our standard & neither was the lounge suite - comfort nil for both! However the kitchen was wonderfully equipped as was the laundry ! The small delightful garden would be wonderful in the warmer weather. With some attractive doona covers, new beds, new lounge suites down & upstairs it would be amazing!

We were a multi generational family group in town for a wedding. The house was perfect for our needs. Space for all & having two bathrooms meant getting everyone ready was easy. Good location, nice cafe next door for day after recovery. The driveway is on a strange angle & can only be entered from one direction. My only suggestion is maybe they need to add a couple of hanging hooks on the upstairs bedroom walls for suits etc. Overall it was perfect for our needs.
