Nestled in Daytona Beach Shores, this attractive condo for R 2,488 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This condominium is located in Daytona Beach Shores "life is better in the Shores". We are at the last beach ramp at the southern end of Daytona. We are on A1A across the street at the ramp. We have a great view of the ocean from the front balcony and the back balcony has a great view of the intercostal as seen in the pictures. At this ramp we have the best of both worlds- it's made DAYTONA FAMOUS. Enjoying driving on the beach, to the north, and to the south a safe and child friendly family NO DRIVE beach. View the sun rising over the ocean from the east, and the sunsetting over the inter-coastal waterway from the west back balcony. Short Walk to Crabby Joe"s restaurants and bar. A short drive to Boondocks river side restaurant. This unit is fully furnished, two bedroom, two bath unit. The master has a king size bed and second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be pushed together to make a king. I have a rollaway in the unit. The unit is decorated with a beach charm to make your vacation an enjoyable experience. Living room has a view of the ocean, as well as the master bedroom. For a peaceful, soft, and cozy night's sleep, all the bed linens are 300 thread count sateen sheets. Tile floors throughout, berber carpet in bedrooms. The unit has 3 TV's & DVD players, it also has DVD, books , magazines for your enjoyment. The unit is supplied with all you will need for a fun filled vacation. We supply beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, coolers, pails, umbrellas, and beach wagon/cart . We have cards, board games. I also have binoculars to get a closer look at the dolphins playing in the ocean. The unit have patio furniture (table w/4 chairs). We have all you will need just bring is your tooth brush. This unit has everything from A - Z to entertain or just enjoy a relaxing time at the beach. PETS ARE NOT allowed. Security deposit will be refunded after inspection of unit. Tenants must be 25 years old to sign rental agreement and agree to comply with all the Rules and Regulations of he Condo Association. License and vehicle tags info will be required upon check in at office.

The property manager, JoAnne, was very nice and helpful throughout the whole stay both before and during. The property was nice and clean and provided everything we were expecting. There was some construction on the building going on at the time, which couldn't be helped and was no ones fault but JoAnna made up for it anyway. Very nice of her. I recommend this property.

Amazing place! Plenty of room, spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen. 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths. Pool. Most convenient to access the beach, just cross the street. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The pool was so quiet and clean which was a big plus! We loved being right across the street from the beach! The Condo was clean, and great for what we needed! The beds were ok, but I have an iffy back and brought my mattress topper/foam to make it softer(personal preference). The kitchen had all we needed, and restaurants were so close by as well. We were so close to daytona speedway, as well as the outlets and many great shops down the main strip to the boardwalk! This was our first time to this area. Next time we may try the Ormond area for different but this unit won’t disappoint! Plus the washer/dryer was close to unit and easy to utilize! The views are nice as well! Joanne was super kind and helpful and a great host!

Joanne was awesome to work with . We very much enjoyed our stay . Not any fault of Joanne’s , the building in general needs a ramp . Was very hard getting the wagon full of beach stuff up and down the steps . But I would for sure stay in her condo again ! Thanks Joanne

We loved our stay with Joann! The condo was clean. Check-in was smooth. Communication was prompt and easy. The location is wonderful and the other residents in the building were so sweet and pleasant to talk to. We often had the pool to ourselves and if there were others present, it wasn't overly crowded. The walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes (across the street) and going between the beach and pool was simple (because heaven forbid we stay somewhere for more than an hour...🙄). There were beach towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys available for use in the condo so we didn't have to lug those things from home. We enjoyed our trip and hope to stay with Joann again next year!

We took an extended vacation to Daytona Beach and wanted to stay in a condo versus a hotel for that extended period of time. The condo was spacious, clean;, and had everything we needed. We were able to save money by having breakfast and lunch in the condo and it had all the cooking utensils and appliances we needed. It was a quick walk to the beach which was rarely crowded. JoAnn was an amazing host and made check-in and our very easy as well as checked in on us to see if we needed anything. We can’t wait to come back.

Home Away from home plus the BEACH!! This unit had everything that our family needed. It was nice to not have to worry about packing up our house to make sure we had what we needed to enjoy our vacation. Our girls thoroughly enjoyed having their own space to retreat to, but the living area was spacious and comfortable for all of us to watch movies, play games and read books (all provided by JoAnn). JoAnn also supplied us with the beach necessities. Perfect for our family travelling from Indiana. JoAnn is a very gracious hostess and made herself available to us as needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be looking at our calendar to see when we can possibly come back!!!

Had an excellent stay at JoAnn’s beach condo! Not only was it roomy, it had everything we needed, and you can’t beat having an ocean view! Was so relaxing to stay after being at a music festival all weekend. My friends and I enjoyed the hospitality provided. We hopefully will return to Daytona in the future and plan to stay there again if available.

My family and I love staying at Ocean Terrace! It's very quiet and safe. This was our first time in this particular unit, and we were very pleased with the "extras" that came with it (beach chairs, toys, dvd's, books, wagon, etc.) Can't wait til our next visit! :)

Love that this is an area with a smaller two lane street and also located where driving beach and no driving beach meet. Crossing the street to the short beach ramp from this condo building is easy and safe with the means of activating a warning light to alert traffic to stop for pedestrians. The condo building is safe, clean, and well maintained with friendly people. This is our go-to summer stay.

We had a great time and everything was as advertised. The kids loved that there were pool floats and beach toys available and we loved that they both had individual beds. Being located at a flashing crosswalk was also a huge perk in getting over to the beach quickly and safely. We would gladly book again

Great place to stay! Roomie; clean; comfortable furniture and beds; well equipped kitchen; easy walk and quick walk to beach; beautiful views of river; and partial views of ocean. Only negative was traffic noise from AIA when out on balcony (the road runs right out front of condo.) But then again, that’s what makes beach access so easy. Book it!!!
