Zwei schöne, breite Einzelbetten wie gewollt.
Man sollte hier unbedingt betonen, dass man ohne eigenen Roller (oder eben Taxi) fußläufig nichts erreichen kann.
Zugegeben, unter einem 4-Sterne Beach Club und Resort haben wir uns Besseres vorgestellt. Unser erstes Zimmer hatte einen breiten Spalt zwischen Tür und Türrahmen, so breit, dass man von Außen reinsehen konnte und jede Stechmücke es geliebt hätte, nachts bei uns vorbeizuschauen. Nachdem uns dann nur eine abgebrochene Holzpalette als Übergangslösung angeboten wurde (wir sollten diese doch einfach gegen die Tür lehnen, dann wär's ok..), haben wir nach einem neuen Zimmer verlangt. Erwähnte ich bereits, dass uns in Zimmer eins die Sicherungen rausgesprungen waren, während des Haareföhnens? Dass das Frühstück eine große Enttäuschung war möchte ich mit dem Beispiel belegen, dass wir das Personal darauf aufmerksam machen mussten, dass das Toastbrot verschimmelt war. Zwei Tage später; dasselbe Spiel.. Dass dann auch noch der Zimmerservice so einiges vernachlässigte, wie zum Beispiel das Toilettenpapier nicht zu ersetzen, nachdem es aber die fast leere Rolle entsorgt hatte .. halb so schlimm. ABER den Gästen dann auch noch aus dem Weg zu gehen, will man um Toilettenpapier bitten (?!) und ihnen somit das Gefühl geben, sie selbst seien der nervige Fehler, ein absolutes No-Go! Das hat nichts mit gutem, freundlichen Service zu tun, wie wir ihn sonst überall auf Bali (und Lombok) vorfanden. Für uns die größte Enttäuschung auf Bali, nachdem die Erwartungen hier am höchsten waren. Und wer am Pool einfach nur in Ruhe liegen will, ohne von fremden Verkäufern angequatscht zu werden bzw. wer darauf verzichten mag vom Personal das Gefühl zu bekommen er !müsse! schon fast was dazu bestellen .. dem würde ich - von diesem auf den Fotos so verlockenden Pool - abraten.

La piscine, l’extérieur les balançoires tout est vraiment incroyable, super bien entretenu et digne d’un hôtel de luxe en france.
Super grand lit et chambre confortable
Les fourmis qui envahissent la chambre, mais ce n’est pas forcément leur faute ils font le nécessaire pour les enlever (produits, nettoyage et changement des draps)
Après ce n’est peut être pas comme ça dans toutes les chambres nous n’avions pas pu en avoir une autre car tout était réservé.

La vue, le petit déjeuné, le personnel du restaurant et les activités proposés.
Les prix du restaurant étaient excessifs et nous avons dû payer une note qui n’était pas à nous. La localisation est très loin du centre ville.

fantastic and well maintained spacious grounds, amazing infinity pool, nice bar and restaurant with great staff. perfect place to relax and soak up sun. hotel provided taxi to the busier part of Lovina which was a very short drive away (5 mins max). Took a dolphin trip from hotel which was very special.
at time of stay building work was taking place on the sea wall which was noisy but it should all be completed now

The staff was great amenities too ! We did a sunset tour which was also great and the spa is amazing ! Do try the massages there they are great!
The room phone kept ringing all night, apperently due to thechnical problems…
The daulphin tour was very deceiving, the boats (including ours) kept on chasing the daulphins which made them stress and scared..

Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere at night. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. We enjoyed how the resort plays music all the time and has singers at tea time. Good food. Very reasonable price per night. Snorkelling and kayak included in price.
Warm beer therefore had to use glass with ice. Grout old in bathroom and needs replacing making the bathroom look dirty. Average cocktails on special. The pool is nice but definitely not like the photo. Breakfast eggs were on the bench way before breakfast started and not in the fridge...

Very good quiet location on the sea front. Nice infinity pool, restaurant was good. Breakfast was basic but okay. Perfect sunset place as well. We enjoyed the free availability of canoes, stand-up paddle boards and there is a slide platform in the sea in front of the hotel.
Without own wheels, relatively difficult to find transportation.

It’s my second visit of this hotel, I liked it very much. The view, beach right in front of you, everything! The food in the resto is also good. I think it’s the best hotel in lovina

Rooms were nice. However, don't expect them to be cleaned or havefresh towels and the bed made each day. You have to ask for this privilege.
They gym is dirty and smelly. Daily music is on a loop all day every day same songs just stuck on repeat. The breakfast is very limited if your from the west they had also ran out of many of the items anyway! Only 12 sun loungers for the whole hotel. The bar had run out of beer & coke and the fruit juice I think watered down.
As for the cocktails.... tastless! So all in all much better and cheaper hotels within walking distance. Sadly I'd left to late to book in them.

The property is beautiful. it’s located right on the beach and has a perfect view for both sunrise and sunset.
it was great that they had their own water sports facilities on site, which included paddle boarding, canoeing and jet skiing and the staff that were running that were brilliant. I had never jet skied before and one of the guys came out with me and was great. I really appreciated the effort from him.
The staff were always so friendly and there was on particular gentleman in the restaurant one day, who was an absolute pleasure to stop and talk to. All the staff are brilliant at making you feel relaxed and happy.

Beautiful location with stunning views. Pool is beautiful and the evening vibes are great. There's a small beach bar in a van that's quite lovely and the music at night time is great.
The rooms are absolutely FILTHY! The towels are frayed, the portions of food are overpriced and TINY! The downstairs rooms smell like mould and the upstairs rooms have filthy floors. They closed the restaurant for guests because of a wedding that was her there. Was only notified the afternoon of the wedding which was frustrating as I had no choice but to order room service to my room. It was my last night there so I couldn't even enjoy a nice sit-down dinner with a cocktail on my last night. Won't stay here again. It's too gross in the rooms. I moved rooms THREE times!

Quiet place, but not far from the main road. Rooms are not new, but have all required amenities. Nice pool, water activities, access to the beach. I really don't understand people who give a low rating to this place.
The only disadvantage was weak WiFi, but my own mobile internet solved this problem.

It is set right on the beach and the view is pretty, but it is the sraff that make this place special. The staff are exceptional.

I visited Bali with my friends and our favourite and unforgettable moment were those at Lovina Beach Resort where we spent 4 nights: the staff, the amenities, the surroundings, location and experience are all superb. I elaborate more below.
Checking into the complex I noticed the well-placed location of the resort - in a perfect corner of the black sand beach. Basically all the amenities were well-placed overlooking the beach and ocean. There's an inifinity pool in front of the restaurant which overlooked the ocean which meant that we could watch the sunset whenever it was. The grass was tidy and always green. Therea lotus pond behind the gazebos which also overlooked the ocean. The beach is conveniently located to where the dolphin watching boats are - all you had to do was to step off the complex. There's a DJ that plays music in the early evenings.
The staff, especially a girl named Henny (receptionist), another male and female receptionist and female were always helpful and went out of their way to organise things for us like a car, recommend bar/pubs in Lovina area which we went to, and helping me with my enquiries on billing charges. They're always wearing beautiful smiles on their faces, and gave us an excellent impression of the Bali.
We enjoyed the water sports (kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling). The snorkelling instructor (Wahyudi Alakadarya) was kind and initiated helping us take photos and videos of his snorkeling on his own GoPro, the footage he Whatsapped to me in the end. He was very kind and even swam to the bottom of the ocean to bring up two blue starfish for us for photos. It started to rain at the tail end and I was very glad that he was there to ensure us girls safely returned to the shore.
There was a night we wanted to go paddleboarding in the sunset although the center had closed. The receptionist Henny helped us organise, and a young gentleman accompanied us in his kayak to ensure we were safe.
personally I didn't think anything was wrong, but a friend complained of food options as she was suffering from Bali belly

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The staff was very kind, the weather was fresh, the pool was always empty and the property was very quiet, like if nobody else was there.

The beach front is stunning. They have beautiful cabanas and the garden lawns are manicured to perfection.
The location is close to the dolphin sighting pick up point.
The pool is good although the waters appear a little murky.
The restaurant is nicely located next to the pool. The whole outdoor area is beautifully architected.
Poor room service. Complimentary coffee, tea and water didn’t get topped up on our second night stay
Wet shower mat didn’t get replaced and placed on top of the sink by the cleaner.
Complimentary water bottle is very small compared to other hotels.

best hotel in Bali by far. rooms are excellent. pool is amazing . they have a large range of water activities including jet ski which is reasonably priced . free kayak use. tow behind inflatables for speed boat .. staff are extremely friendly and professional. Sunday bbq seafood grill with live band and converted combi bus bar..
