very rundown..and I paid over $550 just for one nite. No lift and had to carry bags up to the 5th floor. Metal doors and the whole surrounding was very noisy. Woke up several times in the middle of the nite from noisy neighbours. Gave us a kettle with no disposal cups or any kind of cups. The apartment is as full of flying insects. Toilet doors cannot be locked and one of the room has a missing door. horrible

Quite a large apartment. We can use the onsen in the main building for free.
The towel, yukata, dining set, kitchen set are NOT free. So its better to bring your own.
NO ELEVATOR in the building, our room was located on the 5th floor, so it was quite exhausting everytime we go back to the room.
