Excellent Apartments, Clean Rooms and Amenities, Approachable and Quick Response from Owner/Manager

Keys were kept in the box outside each room. Main door password and Room door passwords were provided in detail and within early time on arrival. Didn't require to call anyone. Smooth and effortless check in and check out process. Property Owner / Manager were very approachable, helpful and caring. Would love to stay again.

It was difficult to find and figure out the garbage drop area. Maybe a map showing the route or location to the garbage drop building would be a good idea. A clothes dryer would be very helpful as we do not have to dry clothes on clothes line or stand.

A great option to have a wonderful stay in Rovaniemi!!!

It was our first experience in renting an apartment in Rovaniemi but the overall experience was very good. Located in the center of city. The rooms very well maintained. The entire process of getting into the apartment without interacting with any one was very smooth.

The beds were small.

fully equipped apartment with Morden kitchen. sorry that’s the only picture I have and it’s taken from the courtyard. 😂 I love it. haha

only single beds, not really comfortable for couples.

Highly recommended!

the apartment is well equipped, very comfortable and pampering. designed beautifully, they thought of everything including the wine refrigerator, candles, blankets to cuddle on the sofa and more. everything was super clean and tidy. the stuff we’re very responsive and helpful. the location is perfect, close to the city center with all the restaurants and shopping stores as well as to all the attractions pick up spots. we highly enjoyed our stay!

overall a good and clean place for a short stay

self equipped but small

initially difficult to find the entrance and also difficult to find taxi when booked as the pickup is behind the building

All went well. The apartment was fully equipped more than what we expected. Neat and clean.

If clients check in early, the host should be able to store the luggage closer. It's not convenient to walk with the luggage all over the place with kids

Wery nice apartment, with great location.

Only thing that was a bit out of perfect, was to find it, as google maps kept pointing us to the wrong side of the building. Was a bit hard to figure out witch ally to go into, to find the right dorway :)

Everyone totally enjoyed the stay

Everything was good. Almost 10/10 if not for the lack of dryer that was listed as item in apartment. But clothes dried quickly even without it

I planned to stay for one night but due to circumstances I had to stay longer. alexei was great in extending my stay and

I absolutely loved the modern interior, everything was catered for and labeled if necessary. it was really clean and nothing was missing.

I would recommend this place.

Great location, very clean apartment. It was very easy to access to the place and get the keys from the key box. The apartment has most of the basic utensils if you want to cook your own food.

Outstanding apartment

The room was bigger than expected, and very well appointed. It is on the edge of the town centre, which is just a few minutes walk away.

When I arrived at the entrance to the parking I was told by a very arrogant security guard to 'move' as people wanted to drive in... Just because I travel on a bicycle am I not entitled to be treated politely?

Apartment was big enough for two of us and gave us as much comfort we needed. There is comfortable bed, sofa and fully equiped kitchen. The whole apartment is located 15minutes walk from the railway station and just few minutes from the city centre. We can only recommend this accommodation to everyone :-)

location : 3mins walk to supermarket city center. Bus stop no.8 just accross the street. Good restaurant nearby. facility : fully equipped kitchen and dinnerware. Tablets for dish washer and washing machine are also prepared for us. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, even pepper are available. Check in instruction is super clear. Room condition is clean and exactly like the picture shown.
