1) room is clean and comfortable.
2) 10 to 15 min walking to train station for train to Kansai airport.
They changed the hostel and informed on the mid day of the check in day in which I did not notice until arrived at the hostel. No one is at the hostel and the main door was locked. Written on the board in front of the door that they can be contacted by phone call and WeChat but no reply from WeChat.( no whatsApp). Luckily with the help of a friend in Japan, managed to call the owner and finally manage to check in after more than 1 hour.

The area close to the Izumisano train station. Neaby has mini mart and a restaurant until 12 midnight.
Next morning we took the first train able to catch our 8:15am flight. First experience staying at the typical Japanese room.
Everything feel good and convenient.

Guest House Izumi is a charming guest house less than half an hour away from the airport. The host was very welcoming and could speak english. I could extend my stay without any trouble. The house was quiet and I barely noticed other guests. The price was really low compared to other bookings!

Nice Japanese style interior. The room was very spacious. The host was very kind and can speak English. We felt at home just as we arrived. It was hard to get up in the morning as the beds were very comfy 😳 Much recommended if you need to stay near Kansai airport or want to see the sunset at Rinku Park, visit the morning fish market, and eat plenty of seafood.
My Google Maps was not working properly. Could be nice if photo instructions were given for the location.
Maybe check out time can be increased to 11 am for the convenience of the travellers.

The host was an absolute darling and very accomodating of my broken language skills. Very relaxing guest house.
That I didn't stay another night. 😂

There is a nearby convenience store and a microwave and cutlery and crockery in the lobby.
It is hard to locate and is not signed as a guesthouse. Even the taxi had a problem finding it. The owners are unable to communicate in English and were not even able to call a taxi for me at checkout. It took a long time until one came along the street. On the first night, I had to sleep under a bright ceiling light as there was no light switch. The next day I was shown a remote control - everything in Japanese to control lighting. The room rate turned out to be 5,000 Yen - more than I was told when I booked.
I would not revisit this property even though the owners were trying to be friendly.

Guest House Izumi is a real treasure in the southern Osaka area. The owner is super friendly and really accommodating. The guest house is spotless, regularly cleaned and has excellent facilities including microwave, fridge, hot water and sink. The room was a good size with separate toilet and shower room. The street was quiet and peaceful. Izumisano is a charming little city in southern Osaka region and both central Osaka and Wakayama are not too far away. There's also Rinku Town, Kishiwada and several other places to visit for somewhere smaller but still interesting and convenient. Central Izumisano has many restaurants, bars and even some karaoke for late night entertainment. The guest house is right next to a great restaurant, Asahitei, a medicine and snacks shop, Welcia, and a short walk from a truly brilliant supermarket filled with fresh produce and everything you could ever need. A little further from there is a huge mall with various stores including a mid sized Don Quixote! Also, please go see the store around the corner from the train station that has a Super Nintendo, Gatcha and a music station always playing. The owner is really friendly and loves practicing his English whenever he can.
The area might not suit a first time visitor to Japan, as it's not tourist-centered at all. Everyone is very friendly though and I do think you'd be fine with a little confidence! Also, do not miss the last train home if you're in Osaka, you'll be stuck, unless you can afford a very, very expensive taxi.

The property owner is very kind. He speaks English and so it’s easy to communicate if you’re a foreigner. It’s very clean and worth a try if you don’t mind a shared bathroom. A walkable distance from the station 8mins. Two stops to the Airport.
I like everything.

The landlord was very kind and not business minded instead a person who understood my need. He picked me up from the airport at the middle of the night and was in touch throughout as needed.
The owners wife sent me an extra blanket as it was getting colder without asking for that. If you wish to stay near the airport with the basic services in a clean environment absolutely an excellent economic choice.
Last but not least you can watch the sea nearby and a nice walk around.
None to be honest.

The staff was very very kind and supportive. It was rainstorm, and I reported him that I will arrive after midnight. He was very kind and waited me until early morning under the rain to help me.
