Nestled in Indian Rocks Beach, this attractive house for R 27,610 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Note: To avoid confusion, the site states a 1-7 night minimum stay requirement however we actually have a 4 night minimum. Spacious patios on the second and third floors offer breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach as far as the eye can see. Incredible sunsets can be enjoyed not only from the patios but also from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining rooms so you won’t miss a single sunset while cooking, enjoying your meals or just relaxing in the livingroom. Belle Maison’s ground level provides a large covered bar, outdoor kitchen and grill area on one side and a beautiful dining space on the other. The private pool, hot tub, lounging areas and gardens are all gated and make up the remainder of the lower space with your own private path to the beach. The interior of this property must be seen to be truly appreciated. The beautiful entry foyer is open and airy with an incredible three story spiral staircase leading to the rest of this well appointed home. The living room and dining rooms are side by side and each has a large set of sliding doors to provide an unobstructed view of the beach and the Gulf waves rolling in. The kitchen has two large bars and is appointed with the finest high end appliances. An elevator serves all three floors and the entire property is easily accessible for those with special needs. This home is located midway between Clearwater Beach and Saint Petersburg Beach in the quiet town of Indian Rocks Beach. Its soft sandy beaches are considered some of the best in the country.

We enjoyed every minute! The views were outstanding. The location could not have been any better, you can walk to many great restaurants, no need for a car. You can take the trolley if you wish to venture outside of the immediate area. We felt safe and a bit spoiled, we absolutely would rebook! The beach was very clean and steps from the property. Belle Maison was delightful! Thanks Larry!

The property is awesome. It is exactly as described maybe better. The location is perfect. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach is amazing. All the things that you would need at a house on the beach is supplied. Our family had the best vacation ever. We hope we can book this again soon.

We stayed at this property on Indian Rocks Beach for a week. The property was gorgeous, clean, and the location was perfect; head out the back gate and you’re on the beach in the most perfect soft sand, or out the front door and restaurants are less than a block away. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for grilling while kids are hanging in the pool with a fridge to keep your beverages cold. Views from the balconies were unbeatable, and the house is spacious enough to allow for people to gather in different locations. Everything you need is either walking distance or a real easy drive. We booked next year already while sitting on the patio so I can say we will 100% be back! Thank you for a great week!

We’ve been coming to Indian Rocks Beach with our family for 8 years. This is the best place we’ve stayed! House was plenty roomy and well supplied with everything we needed. Pool was shaded and great for the kids. Larry is an excellent host and answered all our questions or concerns. We hope to be back!

Fabulous beach front paradise with so much space to spread out and enjoy life! Our family loved this home and the view from the two upper levels of the beach. We all loved the pool, hot tub, theater room, supersize kitchen, master suite, everything about this home. Thank you for offering your home for families like ours to stay.

There was more than enough room for our 8 adults and one toddler to have separate spaces as well as get together. Everything was provided, from the complete kitchen and bar area, to the video room and sand toys. Beach access was so convenient, and the pool spa was a hit. This was a great choice for our double birthday celebrations. Highly recommended.

Our annual family vacay was everything we’d hope for in Belle Maison ! The house and amenities were outstanding! We so enjoyed walking directly on the beach. Then we’d come back, shower off with provided hose and outdoor shower and finish the day in the pool. The media rooms rocked. Everyone wanted (and did) shower in the Main Suite en suite shower. We loved all the shower heads. The kitchen easily accommodated all nine of us comfortably. Restaurant and shops within walking distance! Loved it!!

The house floor plan was ideal for our group of 11. The media room is not conducive for sleeping due to outside access through the room. Elevator was a plus for the 3 stories. Parking was challenging for more than 2 cars. Overall we had a great time.

When we arrived a patio door lock was broken. We noticed dead cockroaches in the garage where the garbage cans are located so guess what the garage smells like and of course your car when parked in the garage. You guessed it rotten garbage. When we completed check out. Larry claims damaged patio chairs broken patio door lock and broken bathroom door. I can assure you the only thing broken was the patio door when we arrived. VACATIONER BEWARE. Larry will keep your deposit and has no interest in returning your deposit. We have found nothing special about this home. Many others in the area to rent. Please look for a different home. You’ll thank me.

I invited my family after 16 months not seeing them due to strict covid lock down . It was just an amazing time . I was pleasantly surprised how the pictures did it do justice yo how this house was . The Belle Mason beach villa is the most beautiful property on beach that I have visited so far. It was just breath taking . Most if all privacy and ease to the beach made it so much more than just the house on the beach . We all loved it . Loved it!
