Worth spending time for relaxation :)

I got the room located in the center of the floor which given the panoramic view of the beach. The room is quite spacious for 3 persons with facility provided properly. Staff are nice and well-trained for services either the staff at the reception (K. Oum) who we met when checked out or the kind paddle board instructor (K. Gem), including all of the staff at the bar and the restaurant. Thank you you guys. We had really great time there :)

Wonderful place to stay for a family.

Nice chic hotel with all the facilities you need. Fantastic swimming pool to watch the sunset. Staff with excellent service. Breakfast is great with varieties. The 609 kitchen is highly recommended. Our 1 night stay is too short.

Best hotel in Pattaya

Everything, small boutique hotel, cleaned high-quality food and service. Calm and privacy at the pool. Bedrooms very nice and confortable.

Просторный , чистый, свежий номер 3120 с на первом этаже. Прекрасный сервис. Чистые бассейны. Великалепные виды на море, находясь в бассейне. Вкуснейшие салаты цезарь с креветками и семгой.... заказывали в рум сервис... Хочется вернуться еще! Двух ночей было мало!

Крутой спуск к морю... не всем это подойдет...

The rooms

One of reception members her name is Ning , she wasn’t helpful with us , she don’t want to help us and she doesn’t show us a good face , all the other stuff are ok , only her she wasn’t, It was going to be 10/10 If she don't treat us like this

Very good

It's a beautiful hotel with beautiful pools and views.

No free shuttles eg Airport pick up/drop off It was far from most places and wasn't anything within walking distance.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! It was my first time in this Hotel with my family. I have high expectations as first impression. The hotel have failed me by K Tippy she’s a Front Office Manager 1. I informed her that my son has found a cigarette behind of the curtain in the room. He is 7 years old and innocent. I was shocked, under expectations to found this thing happened in this hotel! 2. The blow dryer was broken. I plugged it in with electric shot with flashlight in and out with the wet floor 😳 Me&my daughter and my son were socking wet. We couldn’t dries hairs unfortunately. That was so unsecured and no safety! 3. I have found myself on day 2 that I have red bumps all over on my body also my husband have the same symptoms. It was very itchy! I assume it was bug bed! Couldn’t be something else! What a shame! However, I am sure it could be some mistakes that the hotel definitely didn’t expect to happen but I would like to hear the response of the manager’s actions with a good spirit of service. She has spoken to me with an aggressive tone of voice which is I was disappointed! They have failed how to handle with problems. Although, the staff and the property are nice!

nice as the hotel is, the location is teribble and i would not stay there again,

nice hotel good staff decent food

location was terrible. once you left the hotel you were on a highway. it was the april festival so taxis took 30-60 mins to come. some time it took 20-30 mins to have your grab accepted. the nearest 7-11 is a one Km walk. the nearest outside massage place is much further. it was boiling so long walks were not fun. similarly there is only one restraunt near by (10-15 min walk), which although nice is not enough.

Proximity to the beach and the beach is very clean. Two big pools and nice pool bar. Private pool in the villa was perfect and quite big.

Beds are too soft to my liking.

The hotel is beautiful! I loved the pools and decor. Drink/Cocktail prices were reasonable. Breakfast was amazing! The staff were attentive, helpful and made the experience so much more fabulous! I miss being there already!

There was a cockroach in the room on the second night and the lunch food isn't as tasty as the breakfast.

Open and relaxing atmosphere. Super clean everywhere. Vast choice of food and drinks at breakfast. Love Harnn products available at every public restrooms and spa. Staff at the reception are polite and accommodating. Amazing pool with relaxing sea view.

Pebbles Bar and Grill - staff are very nice, but main courses weren’t so impressive. 609 Kitchen - Despite the amazing breakfast, lunch menu (particularly pad thai) wasn’t so good, which was a little disappointing. Apple crumbles was very good though.

very spacious and well equipped family suite, situated next to the pool area and very close to the beach. the resort is beautiful and quiet and definitely an ideal for families with kids or elderly.
