Amazing villa, great value

Stunning villa in gated community, had everything we could possibly need and the private pool was amazing. Plenty of outdoor seating and a smart tv with netflix, disney and prime. Villa kept quite cool so didn’t need to use coin-operated aircon much. Beds were comfy with extra pillows and blankets in wardrobe. The security system made us feel very safe. Overall we had a wonderful stay here.

No guidebook or many instructions at the villa, labelled keys would be useful as trying to figure out which was for which door with about 15 different keys was confusing. Pool could have done with some more chlorine to prevent algae growth and maybe a cover to stop poor little lizards falling in. We also removed quite a few cockroaches and they seemed to be nesting in the wall near kitchen so keep doors closed in the evening.

Lovely villa in a great part of Lanzarote.

Well laid out & very spacious. outdoor areas are superb - nice pool and plenty of room to sun bathe & relax. Jose is an excellent host who made sure our arrival was easy and kept in touch while we were here.

It didn’t matter to us but Kalima is a 40 minute walk into the main town. The taxi ride home is only €5 though if you don’t fancy the stroll.

a little piece of heaven

we were a family of 5. kids all under 10. we were really lucky with weather this time of year, beautiful pool was a god send nice and cool, plenty of outdoor seating. Loved the outside set up. The villa and pool was very clean, very well equipped kitchen. Smart TV . Exactly as the pictures if not better. Host was always contactable, very friendly and gave good tips re the area. It is possible to walk into center and beach but we ended up renting a car just before our trip , great idea with small kids. taxi less than €4 from town center to villa.

We had a fabulous week

Beautiful garden and swimming pool. Lovely well-equipped villa on a private residential estate within a gated community. We received clear instructions from Jose on how to get in and he was always available via whatsapp to answer any questions. We were a little concerned on arrival that the pool hadn't been cleaned but Jose explained that due to ever present wind on Lanzarote that sand is always carried in on the air, as are small bits of palm tree. However, within the hour he had arranged for his pool man to come and give it the once over. he said much the same Lanzarote = sun = wind= sand. True to what they both said the next morning the pool had a light dusting of sand. So future travellers please note the pool is not dirty it's just sand on the bottom. We loved so much about this villa, well laid out rooms, good furniture inside and out, comfy beds and well-equipped kitchen. Great wi-fi, can't comment about tv channels as didn't watch any all week, too busy relaxing and enjoying ourselves. Pool and garden area one of the best we've stayed at. We had a car for the week but noted that there were bus stops and plenty of taxis within 5 mins walk. Playa Blanca and Port, Playa Flamingo and Faro Park all within easy reach. Hope to stay again if we can find a vacancy in the future.

Nothing really, although the outside dining table is just a lightweight picnic table (doesn't quite matchup to the quality of the other outside furniture) and care is needed if you move it as the legs are detachable.

Perfect!

Fantastic villa! Well equipped. Great garden and pool area. Located in a residential area. Walkable into Playa Blanca, however due to heat and shopping often took a taxi (which was v simple and quick). Jose was a great host, providing clear instructions on arrival and departure, as well as being on hand for any advice.

Weather was excellent, beaches were great!

First impressions are that the Villa and location are good. The area though is out of the main resort, we knew this and had hired a car. The property on arrival is on an estate shared with others and some permanent working residents. There is graffiti on the outside walls and many times we witnessed people just leaping gates to access the community. The entrance to the property is severely damaged with electrical components exposed. The private pool is not private as the roadway is used often with everyone passing looking in. The pool itself had an infestation of water fleas, scum all around the edge and no visible pump or cleaning system operating so we did not use it.

The cleanliness and overall impression of the Villa is one which is not maintained or loved. There are areas of degradation and we cleaned throughout before we unpacked and used any of the items.

Superb

The property is located within a complex of other villas however it is very easy to find once Jose get's in contact with you. Jose's communication was absolutely superb, prior to arrival he showed us a video of how to get to the villa from the main gates, to providing us with recommendations for places to visit in Lanzarote (points of interest, restaurants, etc). The pool is amazing, maybe a little cold for January but that didn't stop us getting in as it's in a perfect sun trap throughout the day where you can have a beer and relax in peace or go and have a power nap in the hammock. The amenities are everything we needed, the fridge and washing machine definitely came in handy for this trip as too did the spacious wardrobes, big bathroom, bedroom mirrors, the bed was really comfortable, some of the best nights sleep we've had in a while and it was well needed! You're within walking distance of shops so you can go for a wander if you want. Parking outside the property was easy, as it was quiet in January.

Unfortunately, the grey set of towels were quite coarse on our skin, it's not a major thing we didn't like but felt we did need to point this out, one set of the pillows does need changing in the main bedroom as they're losing their firmness and breaking up slightly. The sofa isn't ideally comfortable, although we understand it's a sofa bed to maximise more people staying, we found as a couple, it wasn't as comfortable to relax on in the evening. The TV is great, however it would be nice to have access to the HDMI ports at the back if we wanted to use our laptop to watch a film / series in the evening.

Very good

Fantastic garden/pool area with fabulous lighting, design and exceptionally comfy hammock, also many different areas to sit/chill. Lovely high ceiling and large sofa in lounge, well thought out structural design and great acoustics.

Some cushioning on the garden loungers would be nice and the pool would benefit from a cover.

Excellent and Amazing

The villa had everything you would need for a long term or even short stay. All facilities were clean and kitchen well equipped. The outside garden was a great place to chill out with a good view of the volcano, which you can easily walk up. Parking is available if you have a car. Beds comfortable and good water heater which was needed as we were there in the winter (18 degrees though). Very quiet area

HDMI cable did not fit the television We went in the pool a few times although it was cold. We did not mind but some people may find the 15-20 minute walk to the nearest beach (Flamingo Beach) a bit far.

Lovely spaces villa

The owner tried to enter the house while we were getting ready luckly I had put the key in the door, she said she didn't know it was occupied. Horrible plastic sheet under the bottom sheet, no top sheet so was very hot at night The duvet cover didn't fit the quilt (quilt was to big).
